அப்பொழுது மோசே யோசுவாவை நோக்கி: நீ நமக்காக மனிதரைத் தெரிந்துகொண்டு, புறப்பட்டு, அமலேக்கோடே யுத்தம்பண்ணு; நாளைக்கு நான் மலையுச்சியில் தேவனுடைய கோலை என் கையில் பிடித்துக்கொண்டு நிற்பேன் என்றான்.

எனவே மோசே யோசுவாவை நோக்கி, “சில மனிதர்களைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்துக் கொண்டு போய் அமலெக்கியரோடு நாளை போர் செய். நான் மலையின்மீது நின்று உங்களை கண்காணிப்பேன். தேவன் எனக்குக் கொடுத்த கைத்தடியைப் பிடித்துக்கொண்டிருப்பேன்” என்றான்.

Appoluthu Moses yosuvaavai Nnokki: nee namakkaaka manitharaith therinthukonndu, purappattu, amalaekkotae yuththampannnu; naalaikku naan malaiyuchchiyil thaevanutaiya kolai en kaiyil pitiththukkonndu nirpaen entan.

and go out, וְצֵ֖א yāṣāʾ ya-TSA
fight הִלָּחֵ֣ם lāḥam la-HAHM
with Amalek: בַּֽעֲמָלֵ֑ק ʿămālēq uh-ma-LAKE
to morrow מָחָ֗ר māḥār ma-HAHR
I אָֽנֹכִ֤י ʾānōkî ah-noh-HEE

the top רֹ֣אשׁ rōš rohsh
