Exodus 3 in Tamil

1 மோசே மீதியான் தேசத்து ஆசாரியனாயிருந்த தன் மாமனாகிய எத்திரோவின் ஆடுகளை மேய்த்து வந்தான். அவன் ஆடுகளை வனாந்தரத்தின் பின் புறத்திலே ஓட்டி, தேவபர்வதமாகிய ஓரேப்மட்டும் வந்தான். Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb.

2 அங்கே கர்த்தருடைய தூதனானவர் ஒரு முட்செடியின் நடுவிலிருந்து உண்டான அக்கினிஜுவாலையிலே நின்று அவனுக்குத் தரிசனமானார். அப்பொழுது அவன் உற்றுப்பார்த்தான்; முட்செடி அக்கினியால் ஜுவாலித்து எரிந்தும், அது வெந்துபோகாமல் இருந்தது. And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.

3 அப்பொழுது மோசே: இந்த முட்செடி வெந்து போகாதிருக்கிறது என்ன, நான் கிட்டப்போய் இந்த அற்புதகாட்சியைப் பார்ப்பேன் என்றான். And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.

4 அவன் பார்க்கும்படி கிட்ட வருகிறதைக் கர்த்தர் கண்டார். முட்செடியின் நடுவிலிருந்து தேவன் அவனை நோக்கி: மோசே, மோசே என்று கூப்பிட்டார். அவன்: இதோ, அடியேன் என்றான். And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.

5 அப்பொழுது அவர்: இங்கே கிட்டிச் சேராயாக; உன் கால்களில் இருக்கிற பாதரட்சையைக் கழற்றிப்போடு; நீ நிற்கிற இடம் பரிசுத்த பூமி என்றார். And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground.

6 பின்னும் அவர்: நான் ஆபிரகாமின் தேவனும் ஈசாக்கின் தேவனும் யாக்கோபின் தேவனுமாகிய உன் பிதாக்களுடைய தேவனாயிருக்கிறேன் என்றார். மோசே தேவனை நோக்கிப் பார்க்கப் பயந்ததினால், தன் முகத்தை மூடிக்கொண்டான். Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.

7 அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர்: எகிப்தில் இருக்கிற என் ஜனத்தின் உபத்திரவத்தை நான் பார்க்கவே பார்த்து, ஆளோட்டிகளினிமித்தம் அவர்கள் இடுகிற கூக்குரலைக் கேட்டேன், அவர்கள் படுகிற வேதனைகளையும் அறிந்திருக்கிறேன். And the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;

8 அவர்களை எகிப்தியரின் கைக்கு விடுதலையாக்கவும், அவர்களை அந்தத் தேசத்திலிருந்து நீக்கி, கானானியரும் ஏத்தியரும் எமோரியரும் பெரிசியரும் ஏவியரும் எபூசியரும் இருக்கிற இடமாகிய பாலும் தேனும் ஓடுகிற நலமும் விசாலமுமான தேசத்தில் கொண்டுபோய்ச் சேர்க்கவும் இறங்கினேன். And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites.

9 இப்பொழுதும் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் கூக்குரல் என் சந்நிதியில் வந்து எட்டினது; எகிப்தியர் அவர்களை ஒடுக்குகிற ஒடுக்குதலையும் கண்டேன். Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel is come unto me: and I have also seen the oppression wherewith the Egyptians oppress them.

10 நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரராகிய என் ஜனத்தை எகிப்திலிருந்து அழைத்து வரும்படி உன்னைப் பார்வோனிடத்துக்கு அனுப்புவேன் வா என்றார். Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.

11 அப்பொழுது மோசே தேவனை நோக்கி: பார்வோனிடத்துக்குப் போகவும், இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரை எகிப்திலிருந்து அழைத்துவரவும், நான் எம்மாத்திரம் என்றான். And Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt?

12 அதற்கு அவர்: நான் உன்னோடே இருப்பேன்; நீ ஜனத்தை எகிப்திலிருந்து அழைத்து வந்தபின், நீங்கள் இந்த மலையில் தேவனுக்கு ஆராதனை செய்வீர்கள்; நான் உன்னை அனுப்பினேன் என்பதற்கு இதுவே அடையாளம் என்றார். And he said, Certainly I will be with thee; and this shall be a token unto thee, that I have sent thee: When thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain.

13 அப்பொழுது மோசே தேவனை நோக்கி: நான் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரிடத்தில் போய், உங்கள் பிதாக்களுடைய தேவன் உங்களிடத்தில் என்னை அனுப்பினார் என்று அவர்களுக்குச் சொல்லும்போது, அவருடைய நாமம் என்ன என்று அவர்கள் என்னிடத்தில் கேட்டால், நான் அவர்களுக்கு என்ன சொல்லுவேன் என்றான். And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them?

14 அதற்குத் தேவன்: இருக்கிறவராக இருக்கிறேன் என்று மோசேயுடனே சொல்லி, இருக்கிறேன் என்பவர் என்னை உங்களிடத்துக்கு அனுப்பினார் என்று இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரோடே சொல்வாயாக என்றார். And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

15 மேலும், தேவன் மோசேயை நோக்கி: ஆபிரகாமின் தேவனும் ஈசாக்கின் தேவனும் யாக்கோபின் தேவனுமாயிருக்கிற உங்கள் பிதாக்களுடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் என்னை உங்களிடத்துக்கு அனுப்பினார் என்று நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்குச் சொல்வாயாக; என்றைக்கும் இதுவே என் நாமம், தலைமுறை தலைமுறைதோறும் இதுவே என் பேர்ப்பிரஸ்தாபம். And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, the LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.

16 நீ போய், இஸ்ரவேலின் மூப்பரைக் கூட்டி, அவர்களிடத்தில்: ஆபிரகாம் ஈசாக்கு யாக்கோபு என்பவர்களுடைய தேவனாயிருக்கிற உங்கள் பிதாக்களுடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் எனக்குத் தரிசனமாகி, உங்களை நிச்சயமாய்ச் சந்தித்து, எகிப்தில் உங்களுக்குச் செய்யப்பட்டதைக் கண்டேன் என்றும், Go, and gather the elders of Israel together, and say unto them, The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, appeared unto me, saying, I have surely visited you, and seen that which is done to you in Egypt:

17 நான் உங்களை எகிப்தின் சிறுமையிலிருந்து நீக்கி, பாலும் தேனும் ஓடுகிற தேசமாகிய கானானியர் ஏத்தியர் எமோரியர் பெரிசியர் ஏவியர் எபூசியருடைய தேசத்துக்குக் கொண்டுபோவேன் என்றும் சொன்னேன் என்றார் என்று சொல்லு. And I have said, I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt unto the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, unto a land flowing with milk and honey.

18 அவர்கள் உன் வாக்குக்குச் செவி கொடுப்பார்கள்; அப்பொழுது நீயும் இஸ்ரவேலின் மூப்பரும் எகிப்தின் ராஜாவினிடத்தில் போய்: எபிரெயருடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் எங்களைச் சந்தித்தார்; இப்பொழுதும் நாங்கள் வனாந்தரத்தில் மூன்று நாள் பிரயாணம்போய், எங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்குப் பலியிடும்படி எங்களைப் போகவிடவேண்டுமென்று சொல்லுங்கள். And they shall hearken to thy voice: and thou shalt come, thou and the elders of Israel, unto the king of Egypt, and ye shall say unto him, The LORD God of the Hebrews hath met with us: and now let us go, we beseech thee, three days' journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to the LORD our God.

19 ஆனாலும், எகிப்தின் ராஜா கைவல்லமை கண்டாலொழிய, உங்களைப் போகவிடான் என்று நான் அறிவேன். And I am sure that the king of Egypt will not let you go, no, not by a mighty hand.

20 ஆகையால், நான் என் கையை நீட்டி, எகிப்தின் நடுவிலே நான் செய்யும் சகலவித அற்புதங்களாலும் அதை வாதிப்பேன்; அதற்குப்பின் அவன் உங்களைப் போகவிடுவான். And I will stretch out my hand, and smite Egypt with all my wonders which I will do in the midst thereof: and after that he will let you go.

21 அப்பொழுது இந்த ஜனங்களுக்கு எகிப்தியரின் கண்களில் தயவு கிடைக்கப்பண்ணுவேன்; நீங்கள் போகும் போது வெறுமையாய்ப் போவதில்லை. And I will give this people favor in the sight of the Egyptians: and it shall come to pass, that, when ye go, ye shall not go empty.

22 ஒவ்வொரு ஸ்திரீயும், தன் தன் அயலகத்தாளிடத்திலும், தன் தன் வீட்டில் தங்குகிறவளிடத்திலும், வெள்ளியுடமைகளையும் பொன்னுடைமைகளையும் வஸ்திரங்களையும் கேட்டுவாங்குவாள்; அவைகளை உங்கள் குமாரருக்கும் உங்கள் குமாரத்திகளுக்கும் தரிப்பித்து, எகிப்தியரைக் கொள்ளையிடுவீர்கள் என்றார். But every woman shall borrow of her neighbor, and of her that sojourneth in her house, jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment: and ye shall put them upon your sons, and upon your daughters; and ye shall spoil the Egyptians.

1 Moses meethiyaan thaesaththu aasaariyanaayiruntha than maamanaakiya eththirovin aadukalai maeyththu vanthaan. Avan aadukalai vanaantharaththin pin puraththilae otti, thaevaparvathamaakiya oraepmattum vanthaan. Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb.

2 Angae karththarutaiya thoothanaanavar oru mutchediyin naduvilirunthu unndaana akkinijuvaalaiyilae nintu avanukkuth tharisanamaanaar. Appoluthu avan uttaுppaarththaan; mutchedi akkiniyaal juvaaliththu erinthum, athu venthupokaamal irunthathu. And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.

3 Appoluthu Moses: intha mutchedi venthu pokaathirukkirathu enna, naan kittappoy intha arputhakaatchiyaip paarppaen entan. And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.

4 Avan paarkkumpati kitta varukirathaik Karththar kanndaar. Mutchediyin naduvilirunthu Dhevan avanai Nnokki: Moses, Moses entu kooppittar. Avan: itho, atiyaen entan. And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.

5 Appoluthu avar: ingae kittich seraayaaka; un kaalkalil irukkira paatharatchaைyaik kalattippodu; nee nirkira idam Parisuththa poomi entar. And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground.

6 Pinnum avar: naan aapirakaamin thaevanum eesaakkin thaevanum yaakkopin thaevanumaakiya un pithaakkalutaiya thaevanaayirukkiraேn entar. Moses thaevanai Nnokkip paarkkap payanthathinaal, than mukaththai mootikkonndaan. Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.

7 Appoluthu Karththar: ekipthil irukkira en janaththin upaththiravaththai naan paarkkavae paarththu, aalottikalinimiththam avarkal idukira kookkuralaik kaettaேn, avarkal padukira vaethanaikalaiyum arinthirukkiraேn. And the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;

8 Avarkalai ekipthiyarin kaikku viduthalaiyaakkavum, avarkalai anthath thaesaththilirunthu neekki, kaanaaniyarum aeththiyarum emoriyarum perisiyarum aeviyarum epoosiyarum irukkira idamaakiya paalum thaenum odukira nalamum visaalamumaana thaesaththil konndupoych serkkavum iranginaen. And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites.

9 Ippoluthum Israel puththirarin kookkural en sannithiyil vanthu ettinathu; ekipthiyar avarkalai odukkukira odukkuthalaiyum kanntaen. Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel is come unto me: and I have also seen the oppression wherewith the Egyptians oppress them.

10 Nee Israel puththiraraakiya en janaththai ekipthilirunthu alaiththu varumpati unnaip paarvonidaththukku anuppuvaen vaa entar. Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.

11 Appoluthu Moses thaevanai Nnokki: paarvonidaththukkup pokavum, Israel puththirarai ekipthilirunthu alaiththuvaravum, naan emmaaththiram entan. And Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt?

12 Atharku avar: naan unnotae iruppaen; nee janaththai ekipthilirunthu alaiththu vanthapin, neengal intha malaiyil thaevanukku aaraathanai seyveerkal; naan unnai anuppinaen enpatharku ithuvae ataiyaalam entar. And he said, Certainly I will be with thee; and this shall be a token unto thee, that I have sent thee: When thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain.

13 Appoluthu Moses thaevanai Nnokki: naan Israel puththiraridaththil poy, ungal pithaakkalutaiya Dhevan ungalidaththil ennai anuppinaar entu avarkalukkuch sollumpothu, avarutaiya naamam enna entu avarkal ennidaththil kaettal, naan avarkalukku enna solluvaen entan. And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them?

14 Atharkuth Dhevan: irukkiravaraaka irukkiraேn entu Mosesyudanae solli, irukkiraேn enpavar ennai ungalidaththukku anuppinaar entu Israel puththirarotae solvaayaaka entar. And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

15 Maelum, Dhevan Mosesyai Nnokki: aapirakaamin thaevanum eesaakkin thaevanum yaakkopin thaevanumaayirukkira ungal pithaakkalutaiya thaevanaakiya Karththar ennai ungalidaththukku anuppinaar entu nee Israel puththirarukkuch solvaayaaka; entaikkum ithuvae en naamam, thalaimurai thalaimuraithoraுm ithuvae en paerppirasthaapam. And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, the LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.

16 Nee poy, isravaelin moopparaik kootti, avarkalidaththil: Abraham eesaakku yaakkopu enpavarkalutaiya thaevanaayirukkira ungal pithaakkalutaiya thaevanaakiya Karththar enakkuth tharisanamaaki, ungalai nichchayamaaych santhiththu, ekipthil ungalukkuch seyyappattathaik kanntaen entum, Go, and gather the elders of Israel together, and say unto them, The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, appeared unto me, saying, I have surely visited you, and seen that which is done to you in Egypt:

17 Naan ungalai ekipthin siraுmaiyilirunthu neekki, paalum thaenum odukira thaesamaakiya kaanaaniyar aeththiyar emoriyar perisiyar aeviyar epoosiyarutaiya thaesaththukkuk konndupovaen entum sonnaen entar entu sollu. And I have said, I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt unto the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, unto a land flowing with milk and honey.

18 Avarkal un vaakkukkuch sevi koduppaarkal; appoluthu neeyum isravaelin moopparum ekipthin raajaavinidaththil poy: epireyarutaiya thaevanaakiya Karththar engalaich santhiththaar; ippoluthum naangal vanaantharaththil moontu naal pirayaanampoy, engal thaevanaakiya karththarukkup paliyidumpati engalaip pokavidavaenndumentu sollungal. And they shall hearken to thy voice: and thou shalt come, thou and the elders of Israel, unto the king of Egypt, and ye shall say unto him, The LORD God of the Hebrews hath met with us: and now let us go, we beseech thee, three days' journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to the LORD our God.

19 Aanaalum, ekipthin raajaa kaivallamai kanndaaloliya, ungalaip pokavidaan entu naan arivaen. And I am sure that the king of Egypt will not let you go, no, not by a mighty hand.

20 Aakaiyaal, naan en kaiyai neetti, ekipthin naduvilae naan seyyum sakalavitha arputhangalaalum athai vaathippaen; atharkuppin avan ungalaip pokaviduvaan. And I will stretch out my hand, and smite Egypt with all my wonders which I will do in the midst thereof: and after that he will let you go.

21 Appoluthu intha janangalukku ekipthiyarin kannkalil thayavu kitaikkappannnuvaen; neengal pokum pothu veraுmaiyaayp povathillai. And I will give this people favor in the sight of the Egyptians: and it shall come to pass, that, when ye go, ye shall not go empty.

22 Ovvoru sthireeyum, than than ayalakaththaalidaththilum, than than veettil thangukiravalidaththilum, velliyudamaikalaiyum ponnutaimaikalaiyum vasthirangalaiyum kaettuvaanguvaal; avaikalai ungal kumaararukkum ungal kumaaraththikalukkum tharippiththu, ekipthiyaraik kollaiyiduveerkal entar. But every woman shall borrow of her neighbor, and of her that sojourneth in her house, jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment: and ye shall put them upon your sons, and upon your daughters; and ye shall spoil the Egyptians.
