Ezra 10 in Tamil

1 எஸ்றா இப்படி விண்ணப்பம்பண்ணி அறிக்கையிட்டு அழுது, தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்துக்கு முன்பாக தாழ விழுந்துகிடக்கையில், இஸ்ரவேல் புருஷரும் ஸ்திரீகளும் பிள்ளைகளுமான மகா பெரிய சபை அவனிடத்தில் வந்து கூடிற்று; ஜனங்கள் மிகவும் அழுதார்கள். Now when Ezra had prayed, and when he had confessed, weeping and casting himself down before the house of God, there assembled unto him out of Israel a very great congregation of men and women and children: for the people wept very sore.

2 அப்பொழுது ஏலாமின் புத்திரரில் ஒருவனாகிய யெகியேலின் குமாரன் செக்கனியா எஸ்றாவை நோக்கி: நாங்கள் தேசத்து ஜனங்களிலுள்ள அந்நியஸ்திரீகளைச் சேர்த்துகொண்டதினால், எங்கள் தேவனுக்கு விரோதமாகப் பாவஞ்செய்தோம்; ஆகிலும் இப்பொழுது இந்தக் காரியத்திலே இன்னும் இஸ்ரவேலுக்காக நம்பிக்கை உண்டு. And Shechaniah the son of Jehiel, one of the sons of Elam, answered and said unto Ezra, We have trespassed against our God, and have taken strange wives of the people of the land: yet now there is hope in Israel concerning this thing.

3 இப்பொழுதும் அந்த ஸ்திரீகளெல்லாரையும், அவர்களிடத்தில் பிறந்தவர்களையும், என் ஆண்டவனுடைய ஆலோசனைக்கும், நமது தேவனுடைய கற்பனைக்கு நடுங்குகிறவர்களின் ஆலோசனைக்கும் ஏற்றபிரகாரம் அகற்றிப்போடுவோம் என்று நம்முடைய தேவனோடே உடன்படிக்கைப் பண்ணக்கடவோம்; நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின்படியே செய்யப்படுவதாக, Now therefore let us make a covenant with our God to put away all the wives, and such as are born of them, according to the counsel of my lord, and of those that tremble at the commandment of our God; and let it be done according to the law.

4 எழுந்திரும்; இந்தக் காரியத்தை நடப்பிக்கிறது உமக்கு அடுத்தது; நாங்களும் உம்மோடேகூட இருப்போம்; நீர் திடன்கொண்டு இதைச் செய்யும் என்றான். Arise; for this matter belongeth unto thee: we also will be with thee: be of good courage, and do it.

5 அப்பொழுது எஸ்றா எழுந்திருந்து, ஆசாரியரிலும் லேவியரிலும் பிரதானமானவர்களும் இஸ்ரவேலனைவரும் இந்த வார்த்தையின்படி செய்யும்படிக்கு, அவர்களை ஆணையிடச்சொன்னான்; அவர்கள் ஆணையிட்டார்கள். Then arose Ezra, and made the chief priests, the Levites, and all Israel, to swear that they should do according to this word. And they sware.

Then Ezra rose up from before the house of God, and went into the chamber of Johanan the son of Eliashib: and when he came thither, he did eat no bread, nor drink water: for he mourned because of the transgression of them that had been carried away.

7 அப்பொழுது சிறையிருப்பிலிருந்து வந்தவர்கள் எல்லாரும் எருசலேமிலே வந்து கூடவேண்டும் என்றும், And they made proclamation throughout Judah and Jerusalem unto all the children of the captivity, that they should gather themselves together unto Jerusalem;

8 மூன்றுநாளைக்குள்ளே பிரபுக்கள் மூப்பர்களுடைய ஆலோசனையின்படியே எவனாகிலும் வராதேபோனால், அவனுடைய பொருளெல்லாம் ஜப்திசெய்யப்பட்டு, சிறையிருப்பிலிருந்து வந்த சபைக்கு அவன் புறம்பாக்கப்படுவான் என்றும் யூதாவிலும் எருசலேமிலும் விளம்பரம்பண்ணினார்கள். And that whosoever would not come within three days, according to the counsel of the princes and the elders, all his substance should be forfeited, and himself separated from the congregation of those that had been carried away.

9 அப்படியே யூதா பென்யமீன் புத்திரத்தார் எல்லாரும் மூன்றுநாளைக்குள் எருசலேமிலே கூடினார்கள்; அது ஒன்பதாம் மாதம் இருபதாந் தேதியாயிருந்தது; ஜனங்கள் எல்லாரும் தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்தின் வீதியிலே அந்தக் காரியத்தினாலும் அடைமழையினாலும் நடுங்கிக்கொண்டிருந்தார்கள். Then all the men of Judah and Benjamin gathered themselves together unto Jerusalem within three days. It was the ninth month, on the twentieth day of the month; and all the people sat in the street of the house of God, trembling because of this matter, and for the great rain.

10 அப்பொழுது ஆசாரியனாகிய எஸ்றா எழுந்திருந்தρ அவர்களை நோΕ்கி: நீங்கள் Ǡθ்ரவேலின்மேலிருக்கிற குற்றத்தை அதிகரிக்கப்பண்ண மறு ஜாதியான ஸ்திரீகளை விவாகம்பண்ணினதினால் பாவஞ்செய்தீர்கள். And Ezra the priest stood up, and said unto them, Ye have transgressed, and have taken strange wives, to increase the trespass of Israel.

11 இப்பொழுதும் நீங்கள் உங்கள் பிதாக்களின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரிடத்தில் அறிக்கையிட்டு, அவருடைய பிரியத்தின்படியே செய்து, தேசத்தின் ஜனங்களையும், மறுஜாதியான ஸ்திரீகளையும் விட்டு விலகுங்கள் என்றான். Now therefore make confession unto the LORD God of your fathers, and do his pleasure: and separate yourselves from the people of the land, and from the strange wives.

12 அப்பொழுது சபையார் யாவரும் மகா சத்தத்தோடே பிரதியுத்தரமாக: ஆம், நீர் சொன்ன வார்த்தைகளின்படியே செய்யவேண்டியதுதான். Then all the congregation answered and said with a loud voice, As thou hast said, so must we do.

13 ஆனாலும் ஜனங்கள் திரளாயிருக்கிறார்கள், இது மாரிகாலமுமாயிருக்கிறது, இங்கே வெளியிலே நிற்க எங்களாலே கூடாது; இது ஒருநாள் இரண்டுநாள் வேலையல்ல; இந்தக் காரியத்திலே கட்டளை மீறினவர்களாகிய நாங்கள் அநேகர். But the people are many, and it is a time of much rain, and we are not able to stand without, neither is this a work of one day or two: for we are many that have transgressed in this thing.

14 ஆகையால் இதற்குச் சபையெங்கும் எங்கள் பிரபுக்கள் விசாரிப்புக்காரராக வைக்கப்படவேண்டும் இந்தக் காயத்தினிமித்தம் நம்முடைய தேவனுக்கு இருக்கிற உக்கிரகோபம் எங்களை விட்டுத் திரும்பும்படி, எங்கள் பட்டணங்களில் மறுஜாதியான ஸ்திரீகளைக் கொண்ட அனைவரும் ஒவ்வொரு பட்டணத்தின் மூப்பரோடும் நியாயாதிபதிகளோடும் குறித்தகாலங்களில் வரக்கடவர்கள் என்றார்கள். Let now our rulers of all the congregation stand, and let all them which have taken strange wives in our cities come at appointed times, and with them the elders of every city, and the judges thereof, until the fierce wrath of our God for this matter be turned from us.

Only Jonathan the son of Asahel and Jahaziah the son of Tikvah were employed about this matter: and Meshullam and Shabbethai the Levite helped them.

16 சிறையிருப்பிலிருந்து வந்தவர்கள் இந்தப்பிரகாரம் செய்தார்கள்; ஆசாரியனாகிய; எஸ்றாவும், தங்கள் பிதாக்களுடைய குடும்பத்தின்படியே பேர்பேராக அழைக்கப்பட்ட பிதாவம்சங்களின் தலைவர் அனைவரும் இந்தக் காரியத்தை விசாரிக்கும்படி பத்தாம் மாதம் முதல்தேதியிலே தனித்து உட்கார்ந்து, And the children of the captivity did so. And Ezra the priest, with certain chief of the fathers, after the house of their fathers, and all of them by their names, were separated, and sat down in the first day of the tenth month to examine the matter.

And among the sons of the priests there were found that had taken strange wives: namely, of the sons of Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and his brethren; Maaseiah, and Eliezer, and Jarib, and Gedaliah.

19 இவர்கள் எங்கள் ஸ்திரீகளைத் தள்ளிவிடுவோம் என்று கையடித்துக்கொடுத்து; தாங்கள் குற்றவாளிகளானபடியினால் குற்றநிவாரணபலியாக ஒரு ஆட்டுக்கடாவைச் செலுத்தினார்கள். And they gave their hands that they would put away their wives; and being guilty, they offered a ram of the flock for their trespass.

22 பஸ்கூரின் புத்திரரில் எலியோனாய், மாசெயா இஸ்மவேல், நெதனெயேல், யோசபாத், எலாசா என்பவர்களும்; And of the sons of Pashur; Elioenai, Maaseiah, Ishmael, Nethaneel, Jozabad, and Elasah.

23 லேவியரில் யோசபாத், சிமேயி, கெலிதா என்னும் பேருமுள்ள கெலாயா, பெத்தகீயா, யூதா, எலியேசர் என்பவர்களும்; Also of the Levites; Jozabad, and Shimei, and Kelaiah, (the same is Kelita,) Pethahiah, Judah, and Eliezer.

24 பாடரில் எலியாசிபும், வாசல்காவலாளரில் சல்லுூம், தேலேம், ஊரி என்பவர்களும்; Of the singers also; Eliashib: and of the porters; Shallum, and Telem, and Uri.

25 மற்ற இஸ்ரவேலருக்குள்ளே பாரோஷின் புத்திரரில் ரமீயா, யெசியா, மல்கியா, மியாமின், எலெயாசார், மல்கிஜா, பெனாயா என்பவர்களும்; Moreover of Israel: of the sons of Parosh; Ramiah, and Jeziah, and Malchiah, and Miamin, and Eleazar, and Malchijah, and Benaiah.

26 ஏலாமின் புத்திரரில் மத்தனியா, சகரியா, யெகியேல், அப்தி, யெரிமோத், எலியா என்பவர்களும்; And of the sons of Elam; Mattaniah, Zechariah, and Jehiel, and Abdi, and Jeremoth, and Eliah.

27 சத்துவின் புத்திரரில் எலியோனாய், எலியாசிப், மத்தனியா, யெரிமோத், சாபாத் அசிசா என்பவர்களும்; And of the sons of Zattu; Elioenai, Eliashib, Mattaniah, and Jeremoth, and Zabad, and Aziza.

28 பெபாயின் புத்திரரில் யோகனான், அனனியா, சாபாயி, அத்லாயி என்பவர்களும்; Of the sons also of Bebai; Jehohanan, Hananiah, Zabbai, and Athlai.

29 பானியின் புத்திரரில் மெசுல்லாம், மல்லுக், அதாயா, யாசுப், செயால் ராமோத் என்பவர்களும்; And of the sons of Bani; Meshullam, Malluch, and Adaiah, Jashub, and Sheal, and Ramoth.

30 பாகாத்மோவாபின் புத்திரரில் அத்னா, கெலால், பெனாயா, மாசெயா, மத்தனியா பெசலெயேல், பின்னூயி, மனானே என்பவர்களும்; And of the sons of Pahathmoab; Adna, and Chelal, Benaiah, Maaseiah, Mattaniah, Bezaleel, and Binnui, and Manasseh.

31 ஆரீமின் புத்திரரில் எலியேசர், இஷியா மல்கியா, செமாயா, ஷிமியோன், And of the sons of Harim; Eliezer, Ishijah, Malchiah, Shemaiah, Shimeon,

32 பென்யமீன், மல்லுூக், செமரியா என்பவர்களும்; Benjamin, Malluch, and Shemariah.

33 ஆசூமின் புத்திரரில் மத்யி, மத்தத்தா, சாபாத், எலிபெலேத், எரெமாயி, மனாசே, சிமெயி என்பவர்களும்; Of the sons of Hashum; Mattenai, Mattathah, Zabad, Eliphelet, Jeremai, Manasseh, and Shimei.

34 பானியின் புத்திரரில் மாதாயி, அம்ராம், ஊவேல், Of the sons of Bani; Maadai, Amram, and Uel,

35 பெனாயா, பெதியா, கெல்லுூ, Benaiah, Bedeiah, Chelluh,

36 வனியா மெராமோத், எலெயாசீப், Vaniah, Meremoth, Eliashib,

37 மத்தனியா, மதனாய், யாசாய், Mattaniah, Mattenai, and Jaasau,

38 பானி, பின்னூயி, சிமெயி, And Bani, and Binnui, Shimei,

39 செலேமியா, நாத்தான், அதாயா, And Shelemiah, and Nathan, and Adaiah,

40 மக்நாத்பாயி, சாசாயி, சாராயி, Machnadebai, Shashai, Sharai,

41 அசரெயேல், செலேமியா, செமரியா, Azareel, and Shelemiah, Shemariah,

42 சல்லுூம், அமரியா, யோசேப் என்பவர்களும்; Shallum, Amariah, and Joseph.

43 நேபோவின் புத்திரரில் ஏயெல், மத்தித்தியா, சாபாத், செபினா, யதாய், யோவேல், பெனாயா என்பவர்களுமே. Of the sons of Nebo; Jeiel, Mattithiah, Zabad, Zebina, Jadau, and Joel, Benaiah.

44 இவர்கள் எல்லாரும் மறுஜாதியான ஸ்திரீகளைக் கொண்டவர்கள், இவர்களில் சிலர் கொண்டிருந்த ஸ்திரீகளிடத்தில் பிள்ளைகளைப் பெற்றிருந்தார்கள். All these had taken strange wives: and some of them had wives by whom they had children.

1 Esraa ippati vinnnappampannnni arikkaiyittu aluthu, thaevanutaiya aalayaththukku munpaaka thaala vilunthukidakkaiyil, Israel purusharum sthireekalum pillaikalumaana makaa periya Sabai avanidaththil vanthu kootittaு; janangal mikavum aluthaarkal. Now when Ezra had prayed, and when he had confessed, weeping and casting himself down before the house of God, there assembled unto him out of Israel a very great congregation of men and women and children: for the people wept very sore.

2 Appoluthu aelaamin puththiraril oruvanaakiya yekiyaelin kumaaran sekkaniyaa esraavai Nnokki: naangal thaesaththu janangalilulla anniyasthireekalaich serththukonndathinaal, engal thaevanukku virothamaakap paavanjaெythom; aakilum ippoluthu inthak kaariyaththilae innum isravaelukkaaka nampikkai unndu. And Shechaniah the son of Jehiel, one of the sons of Elam, answered and said unto Ezra, We have trespassed against our God, and have taken strange wives of the people of the land: yet now there is hope in Israel concerning this thing.

3 Ippoluthum antha sthireekalellaaraiyum, avarkalidaththil piranthavarkalaiyum, en aanndavanutaiya aalosanaikkum, namathu thaevanutaiya karpanaikku nadungukiravarkalin aalosanaikkum aettapirakaaram akattippoduvom entu nammutaiya thaevanotae udanpatikkaip pannnakkadavom; niyaayappiramaanaththinpatiyae seyyappaduvathaaka, Now therefore let us make a covenant with our God to put away all the wives, and such as are born of them, according to the counsel of my lord, and of those that tremble at the commandment of our God; and let it be done according to the law.

4 Elunthirum; inthak kaariyaththai nadappikkirathu umakku aduththathu; naangalum ummotaekooda iruppom; neer thidankonndu ithaich seyyum entan. Arise; for this matter belongeth unto thee: we also will be with thee: be of good courage, and do it.

5 Appoluthu esraa elunthirunthu, aasaariyarilum laeviyarilum pirathaanamaanavarkalum isravaelanaivarum intha vaarththaiyinpati seyyumpatikku, avarkalai aannaiyidachchaொnnaan; avarkal aannaiyittarkal. Then arose Ezra, and made the chief priests, the Levites, and all Israel, to swear that they should do according to this word. And they sware.

6 Athinpinpu esraa thaevanutaiya aalayaththukku munnirunthu elunthu, eliyaasipin kumaaranaakiya yokanaanin araikkul piravaesiththaan; angae vanthapothu, avan siraiyiruppilirunthu vanthavarkalutaiya kuttaththinimiththam appam pusiyaamalum thannnneer kutiyaamalum thukkiththukkonntirunthaan. 8 Moontunaalaikkullae pirapukkal moopparkalutaiya aalosanaiyinpatiyae evanaakilum varaathaeponaal, avanutaiya porulellaam japthiseyyappattu, siraiyiruppilirunthu vantha Sabaikku avan purampaakkappaduvaan entum yoothaavilum erusalaemilum vilamparampannnninaarkal. 9 Appatiyae yoothaa penyameen puththiraththaar ellaarum moontunaalaikkul erusalaemilae kootinaarkal; athu onpathaam maatham irupathaan thaethiyaayirunthathu; janangal ellaarum thaevanutaiya aalayaththin veethiyilae anthak kaariyaththinaalum ataimalaiyinaalum nadungikkonntirunthaarkal. Then all the men of Judah and Benjamin gathered themselves together unto Jerusalem within three days. And Ezra the priest stood up, and said unto them, Ye have transgressed, and have taken strange wives, to increase the trespass of Israel.

11 Ippoluthum neengal ungal pithaakkalin thaevanaakiya karththaridaththil arikkaiyittu, avarutaiya piriyaththinpatiyae seythu, thaesaththin janangalaiyum, maraுjaathiyaana sthireekalaiyum vittu vilakungal entan. Now therefore make confession unto the LORD God of your fathers, and do his pleasure: and separate yourselves from the people of the land, and from the strange wives.

12 Appoluthu Sabaiyaar yaavarum makaa saththaththotae pirathiyuththaramaaka: aam, neer sonna vaarththaikalinpatiyae seyyavaenntiyathuthaan. Then all the congregation answered and said with a loud voice, As thou hast said, so must we do.

13 Aanaalum janangal thiralaayirukkiraarkal, ithu maarikaalamumaayirukkirathu, ingae veliyilae nirka engalaalae koodaathu; ithu orunaal iranndunaal vaelaiyalla; inthak kaariyaththilae kattalai meerinavarkalaakiya naangal anaekar. But the people are many, and it is a time of much rain, and we are not able to stand without, neither is this a work of one day or two: for we are many that have transgressed in this thing.

14 Aakaiyaal itharkuch Sabaiyengum engal pirapukkal visaarippukkaararaaka vaikkappadavaenndum inthak kaayaththinimiththam nammutaiya thaevanukku irukkira ukkirakopam engalai vittuth thirumpumpati, engal pattanangalil maraுjaathiyaana sthireekalaik konnda anaivarum ovvoru pattanaththin moopparodum niyaayaathipathikalodum kuriththakaalangalil varakkadavarkal entarkal. 15 Aasakaelin kumaaran yonaththaanum, thikkaavin kumaaran yaksiyaavumaaththiram athai visaarikkumpatikku vaikkappattarkal; mesullaamum, sappaethaa ennum laeviyanum avarkalukku uthaviyaayirunthaarkal. 16 Siraiyiruppilirunthu vanthavarkal inthappirakaaram seythaarkal; aasaariyanaakiya; esraavum, thangal pithaakkalutaiya kudumpaththinpatiyae paerpaeraaka alaikkappatta pithaavamsangalin thalaivar anaivarum inthak kaariyaththai visaarikkumpati paththaam maatham muthalthaethiyilae thaniththu utkaarnthu, And the children of the captivity did so. And Ezra the priest, with certain chief of the fathers, after the house of their fathers, and all of them by their names, were separated, and sat down in the first day of the tenth month to examine the matter.

17 Anniyajaathiyaana sthireekalaikkonndavarkal ellaarutaiya kaariyaththaiyum muthalaam maatham muthalthaethiyilae visaariththu mutiththaarkal. And they made an end with all the men that had taken strange wives by the first day of the first month.

18 Aasaariya puththiraril maraுjaathiyaana manaivikalaik konndavarkalaakak kaanappattarkal yaarental: yothaakkin kumaaranaakiya yesuvaavin kumaararilum avan sakothararilum, maaseyaa eliyaesar, yaareepkethaliyaa enpavarkal. And among the sons of the priests there were found that had taken strange wives: namely, of the sons of Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and his brethren; Maaseiah, and Eliezer, and Jarib, and Gedaliah.

19 Ivarkal engal sthireekalaith thallividuvom entu kaiyatiththukkoduththu; thaangal kuttavaalikalaanapatiyinaal kuttanivaaranapaliyaaka oru aattukkadaavaich seluththinaarkal. And they gave their hands that they would put away their wives; and being guilty, they offered a ram of the flock for their trespass.

20 Immaerin puththiraril anaaniyum, serupathiyaavum, And of the sons of Immer; Hanani, and Zebadiah.

21 Aareemin puththiraril maaseyaa, eliyaa, semaayaa, yekiyael, usiyaa enpavarkalum; And of the sons of Harim; Maaseiah, and Elijah, and Shemaiah, and Jehiel, and Uzziah.
