Genesis 46 in Tamil

1 இஸ்ரவேல் தனக்கு உண்டான யாவையும் சேர்த்துக்கொண்டு புறப்பட்டுப் பெயர்செபாவுக்குப் போய், தன் தகப்பனாகிய ஈசாக்குடைய தேவனுக்குப் பலியிட்டான். And Israel took his journey with all that he had, and came to Beersheba, and offered sacrifices unto the God of his father Isaac.

2 அன்று இரவிலே தேவன் இஸ்ரவேலுக்குத் தரிசனமாகி: யாக்கோபே, யாக்கோபே என்று கூப்பிட்டார்; அவன் இதோ, அடியேன் என்றான். And God spake unto Israel in the visions of the night, and said, Jacob, Jacob. And he said, Here am I.

3 அப்பொழுது அவர்: நான் தேவன், நான் உன் தகப்பனுடைய தேவன் நீ எகிப்து தேசத்துக்குப்போகப் பயப்படவேண்டாம்; அங்கே உன்னைப் பெரிய ஜாதியாக்குவேன். And he said, I am God, the God of thy father: fear not to go down into Egypt; for I will there make of thee a great nation:

4 நான் உன்னுடனே எகிப்துக்கு வருவேன்; நான் உன்னைத் திரும்பவும் வரப்பண்ணுவேன்; யோசேப்பு தன் கையால் உன் கண்களை மூடுவான் என்று சொன்னார். I will go down with thee into Egypt; and I will also surely bring thee up again: and Joseph shall put his hand upon thine eyes.

5 அதற்குப் பின்பு, யாக்கோபு பெயெர்செபாவிலிருந்து பிரயாணம் புறப்பட்டான். இஸ்ரவேலின் குமாரர் தங்கள் தகப்பனாகிய யாக்கோபையும் தங்கள் குழந்தைகளையும் தங்கள் மனைவிகளையும் பார்வோன் அனுப்பின வண்டிகளின்மேல் ஏற்றிக்கொண்டு, And Jacob rose up from Beersheba: and the sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, and their little ones, and their wives, in the wagons which Pharaoh had sent to carry him.

6 தங்கள் ஆடுமாடுகளையும், தாங்கள் கானான் தேசத்தில் சம்பாதித்த தங்கள் பொருட்களையும் சேர்த்துக்கொண்டு, யாக்கோபும் அவன் சந்ததியார் யாவரும் எகிப்துக்குப் போனார்கள். And they took their cattle, and their goods, which they had gotten in the land of Canaan, and came into Egypt, Jacob, and all his seed with him:

7 அவன் தன் குமாரரையும் தன் குமாரரின் குமாரரையும் தன் குமாரத்திகளையும் தன் சந்ததியார் அனைவரையும் எகிப்துக்குத் தன்னோடே அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோனான். His sons, and his sons' sons with him, his daughters, and his sons' daughters, and all his seed brought he with him into Egypt.

8 எகிப்துக்கு வந்த இஸ்ரவேலரின் நாமங்களாவன: யாக்கோபும் அவனுடைய குமாரரும்; யாக்கோபுடைய மூத்தகுமாரனான ரூபன். And these are the names of the children of Israel, which came into Egypt, Jacob and his sons: Reuben, Jacob's firstborn.

9 ரூபனுடைய குமாரர் ஆனோக்கு, பல்லுூ, எஸ்ரோன், கர்மீ என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Reuben; Hanoch, and Phallu, and Hezron, and Carmi.

10 சிமியோனுடைய குமாரர் எமுவேல், யாமின், ஓகாத், யாகீன், சொகார், கானானிய ஸ்திரீயின் குமாரனாகிய சவுல் என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Simeon; Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul the son of a Canaanitish woman.

11 லேவியினுடைய குமாரர் கெர்சோன், கோகாத், மெராரி என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Levi; Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

12 யூதாவினுடைய குமாரர் ஏர், ஓனான், சேலா, பாரேஸ், சேரா என்பவர்கள்; அவர்களில் ஏரும் ஓனானும் கானான் தேசத்தில் இறந்து போனார்கள்; பாரேசுடைய குமாரர் எஸ்ரோன், ஆமூல் என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah, and Pharez, and Zarah: but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan. And the sons of Pharez were Hezron and Hamul.

13 இசக்காருடைய குமாரர் தோலா, பூவா, யோபு, சிம்ரோன் என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Issachar; Tola, and Phuvah, and Job, and Shimron.

14 செபுலோனுடைய குமாரர் செரேத், ஏலோன், யக்லேல் என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Zebulun; Sered, and Elon, and Jahleel.

15 இவர்கள் லேயாளின் சந்ததியார்; அவள் இவர்களையும் தீனாள் என்னும் ஒரு குமாரத்தியையும் பதான்அராமிலே யாக்கோபுக்குப் பெற்றாள்; அவன் குமாரரும் அவன் குமாரத்திகளுமாகிய எல்லாரும் முப்பத்துமூன்று பேர். These be the sons of Leah, which she bare unto Jacob in Padanaram, with his daughter Dinah: all the souls of his sons and his daughters were thirty and three.

16 காத்துடைய குமாரர் சிப்பியோன், அகி, சூனி, எஸ்போன், ஏரி, அரோதி, அரேலி என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Gad; Ziphion, and Haggi, Shuni, and Ezbon, Eri, and Arodi, and Areli.

17 ஆசேருடைய குமாரர் இம்னா, இஸ்வா, இஸ்வி பெரீயா என்பவர்கள்; இவர்களுடைய சகோதரி செராக்கு என்பவள்; பெரீயாவின் குமாரர் ஏபேர், மல்கியேல் என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Asher; Jimnah, and Ishuah, and Isui, and Beriah, and Serah their sister: and the sons of Beriah; Heber, and Malchiel.

18 இவர்கள் லாபான் தன் குமாரத்தியாகிய லேயாளுக்குக் கொடுத்த சில்பாளுடைய பிள்ளைகள்; அவள் இந்தப் பதினாறுபேரையும் யாக்கோபுக்குப் பெற்றாள். These are the sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Leah his daughter, and these she bare unto Jacob, even sixteen souls.

19 யாக்கோபின் மனைவியாகிய ராகேலுடைய குமாரர் யோசேப்பு, பென்யமீன் என்பவர்கள். The sons of Rachel Jacob's wife; Joseph, and Benjamin.

20 யோசேப்புக்கு எகிப்து தேசத்திலே மனாசேயும் எப்பிராயீமும் பிறந்தார்கள்; அவர்களை ஓன் பட்டணத்து ஆசாரியனாகிய போத்திபிராவின் குமாரத்தியாகிய ஆஸ்நாத் அவனுக்குப் பெற்றாள். And unto Joseph in the land of Egypt were born Manasseh and Ephraim, which Asenath the daughter of Potipherah priest of On bare unto him.

21 பென்யமீனுடைய குமாரர் பேலா, பெகேர், அஸ்பேல், கேரா, நாகமான், ஏகி, ரோஷ், முப்பிம், உப்பிம், ஆர்து என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Benjamin were Belah, and Becher, and Ashbel, Gera, and Naaman, Ehi, and Rosh, Muppim, and Huppim, and Ard.

22 ராகேல் யாக்கோபுக்குப் பெற்ற குமாரராகிய இவர்கள் எல்லாரும் பதினாலுபேர். These are the sons of Rachel, which were born to Jacob: all the souls were fourteen.

23 தாணுடைய குமாரன் உசீம் என்பவன். And the sons of Dan; Hushim.

24 நப்தலியின் குமாரர் யாத்சியேல், கூனி, எத்சேர், சில்லேம் என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Naphtali; Jahzeel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shillem.

25 இவர்கள் லாபான் தன் குமாரத்தியாகிய ராகேலுக்குக் கொடுத்த பில்காள் யாக்கோபுக்குப் பெற்றவர்கள்; இவர்கள் எல்லாரும் ஏழுபேர். These are the sons of Bilhah, which Laban gave unto Rachel his daughter, and she bare these unto Jacob: all the souls were seven.

26 யாக்கோபுடைய குமாரரின் மனைவிகளைத் தவிர, அவனுடைய கர்ப்பப் பிறப்பாயிருந்து அவன் மூலமாய் எகிப்திலே வந்தவர்கள் எல்லாரும் அறுபத்தாறு பேர். All the souls that came with Jacob into Egypt, which came out of his loins, besides Jacob's sons' wives, all the souls were threescore and six;

27 யோசேப்புக்கு எகிப்திலே பிறந்த குமாரர் இரண்டுபேர்; ஆக எகிப்துக்குப் போன யாக்கோபின் குடும்பத்தார் எழுபதுபேர். And the sons of Joseph, which were born him in Egypt, were two souls: all the souls of the house of Jacob, which came into Egypt, were threescore and ten.

28 கோசேன் நாட்டிலே தன்னை யோசேப்பு சந்திக்க வரும்படி சொல்ல, யூதாவைத் தனக்கு முன்னாக அவனிடத்தில் யாக்கோபு அனுப்பினான்; அவர்கள் கோசேனிலே சேர்ந்தார்கள். And he sent Judah before him unto Joseph, to direct his face unto Goshen; and they came into the land of Goshen.

29 யோசேப்பு தன் இரதத்தை ஆயத்தப்படுத்தி, அதின்மேல் ஏறி, தன் தகப்பனாகிய இஸ்ரவேலைச் சந்திக்கும்படி போய், அவனைக் கண்டு, அவனுடைய கழுத்தைக் கட்டிக்கொண்டு, வெகுநேரம் அவன் கழுத்தைவிடாமல் அழுதான். And Joseph made ready his chariot, and went up to meet Israel his father, to Goshen, and presented himself unto him; and he fell on his neck, and wept on his neck a good while.

30 அப்பொழுது இஸ்ரவேல் யோசேப்பைப் பார்த்து: நீ இன்னும் உயிரோடிருக்கிறாயே, நான் உன் முகத்தைக் கண்டேன், எனக்கு இப்போது மரணம் வந்தாலும் வரட்டும் என்றான். And Israel said unto Joseph, Now let me die, since I have seen thy face, because thou art yet alive.

31 பின்பு, யோசேப்பு தன் சகோதரரையும் தன் தகப்பனுடைய குடும்பத்தாரையும் நோக்கி: நான் பார்வோனிடத்துக்குப் போய், கானான்தேசத்திலிருந்து என் சகோதரரும் என் தகப்பன் குடும்பத்தாரும் என்னிடத்தில் வந்திருக்கிறார்கள். And Joseph said unto his brethren, and unto his father's house, I will go up, and show Pharaoh, and say unto him, My brethren, and my father's house, which were in the land of Canaan, are come unto me;

32 அவர்கள் மேய்ப்பர்கள், ஆடுமாடுகளை மேய்க்கிறது அவர்கள் தொழில்; அவர்கள் தங்கள் ஆடுமாடுகளையும் தங்களுக்கு உண்டான எல்லாவற்றையும் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள் என்று அவருக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன். And the men are shepherds, for their trade hath been to feed cattle; and they have brought their flocks, and their herds, and all that they have.

33 பார்வோன் உங்களை அழைத்து, உங்கள் தொழில் என்ன என்று கேட்டால், And it shall come to pass, when Pharaoh shall call you, and shall say, What is your occupation?

34 நீங்கள், கோசேன் நாட்டில் குடியிருக்கும்படி, அவனை நோக்கி: எங்கள் பிதாக்களைப்போல, உமது அடியாராகிய நாங்களும் எங்கள் சிறுவயதுமுதல் இதுவரைக்கும் மேய்ப்பர்களாயிருக்கிறோம் என்று சொல்லுங்கள்; மேய்ப்பர்கள் எல்லாரும் எகிப்தியருக்கு அருவருப்பாயிருக்கிறார்கள் என்றான். That ye shall say, Thy servants' trade hath been about cattle from our youth even until now, both we, and also our fathers: that ye may dwell in the land of Goshen; for every shepherd is an abomination unto the Egyptians.

1 Israel thanakku unndaana yaavaiyum serththukkonndu purappattup peyarsepaavukkup poy, than thakappanaakiya eesaakkutaiya thaevanukkup paliyittan. And Israel took his journey with all that he had, and came to Beersheba, and offered sacrifices unto the God of his father Isaac.

2 Antu iravilae Dhevan isravaelukkuth tharisanamaaki: yaakkopae, yaakkopae entu kooppittar; avan itho, atiyaen entan. And God spake unto Israel in the visions of the night, and said, Jacob, Jacob. And he said, Here am I.

3 Appoluthu avar: naan Dhevan, naan un thakappanutaiya Dhevan nee ekipthu thaesaththukkuppokap payappadavaenndaam; angae unnaip periya jaathiyaakkuvaen. And he said, I am God, the God of thy father: fear not to go down into Egypt; for I will there make of thee a great nation:

4 Naan unnudanae ekipthukku varuvaen; naan unnaith thirumpavum varappannnuvaen; yoseppu than kaiyaal un kannkalai mooduvaan entu sonnaar. I will go down with thee into Egypt; and I will also surely bring thee up again: and Joseph shall put his hand upon thine eyes.

5 Atharkup pinpu, yaakkopu peyersepaavilirunthu pirayaanam purappattan. Isravaelin kumaarar thangal thakappanaakiya yaakkopaiyum thangal kulanthaikalaiyum thangal manaivikalaiyum paarvon anuppina vanntikalinmael aettikkonndu, And Jacob rose up from Beersheba: and the sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, and their little ones, and their wives, in the wagons which Pharaoh had sent to carry him.

6 Thangal aadumaadukalaiyum, thaangal kaanaan thaesaththil sampaathiththa thangal porutkalaiyum serththukkonndu, yaakkopum avan santhathiyaar yaavarum ekipthukkup ponaarkal. And they took their cattle, and their goods, which they had gotten in the land of Canaan, and came into Egypt, Jacob, and all his seed with him:

7 Avan than kumaararaiyum than kumaararin kumaararaiyum than kumaaraththikalaiyum than santhathiyaar anaivaraiyum ekipthukkuth thannotae alaiththukkonnduponaan. His sons, and his sons' sons with him, his daughters, and his sons' daughters, and all his seed brought he with him into Egypt.

8 Ekipthukku vantha isravaelarin naamangalaavana: yaakkopum avanutaiya kumaararum; yaakkoputaiya mooththakumaaranaana roopan. And these are the names of the children of Israel, which came into Egypt, Jacob and his sons: Reuben, Jacob's firstborn.

9 Roopanutaiya kumaarar aanokku, palluூ, esron, karmee enpavarkal. And the sons of Reuben; Hanoch, and Phallu, and Hezron, and Carmi.

10 Simiyonutaiya kumaarar emuvael, yaamin, okaath, yaageen, sokaar, kaanaaniya sthireeyin kumaaranaakiya savul enpavarkal. And the sons of Simeon; Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul the son of a Canaanitish woman.

11 Laeviyinutaiya kumaarar kerson, kokaath, meraari enpavarkal. And the sons of Levi; Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

12 Yoothaavinutaiya kumaarar aer, onaan, selaa, paaraes, seraa enpavarkal; avarkalil aerum onaanum kaanaan thaesaththil iranthu ponaarkal; paaraesutaiya kumaarar esron, aamool enpavarkal. And the sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah, and Pharez, and Zarah: but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan. And the sons of Pharez were Hezron and Hamul.

13 Isakkaarutaiya kumaarar tholaa, poovaa, yopu, simron enpavarkal. And the sons of Issachar; Tola, and Phuvah, and Job, and Shimron.

14 Sepulonutaiya kumaarar seraeth, aelon, yaklael enpavarkal. And the sons of Zebulun; Sered, and Elon, and Jahleel.

15 Ivarkal laeyaalin santhathiyaar; aval ivarkalaiyum theenaal ennum oru kumaaraththiyaiyum pathaanaraamilae yaakkopukkup pettaாl; avan kumaararum avan kumaaraththikalumaakiya ellaarum muppaththumoontu paer. These be the sons of Leah, which she bare unto Jacob in Padanaram, with his daughter Dinah: all the souls of his sons and his daughters were thirty and three.

16 Kaaththutaiya kumaarar sippiyon, aki, sooni, espon, aeri, arothi, araeli enpavarkal. And the sons of Gad; Ziphion, and Haggi, Shuni, and Ezbon, Eri, and Arodi, and Areli.

17 Aaserutaiya kumaarar imnaa, isvaa, isvi pereeyaa enpavarkal; ivarkalutaiya sakothari seraakku enpaval; pereeyaavin kumaarar aepaer, malkiyael enpavarkal. And the sons of Asher; Jimnah, and Ishuah, and Isui, and Beriah, and Serah their sister: and the sons of Beriah; Heber, and Malchiel.

18 Ivarkal laapaan than kumaaraththiyaakiya laeyaalukkuk koduththa silpaalutaiya pillaikal; aval inthap pathinaaraுpaeraiyum yaakkopukkup pettaாl. These are the sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Leah his daughter, and these she bare unto Jacob, even sixteen souls.

19 Yaakkopin manaiviyaakiya raakaelutaiya kumaarar yoseppu, penyameen enpavarkal. The sons of Rachel Jacob's wife; Joseph, and Benjamin.

20 Yoseppukku ekipthu thaesaththilae manaaseyum eppiraayeemum piranthaarkal; avarkalai on pattanaththu aasaariyanaakiya poththipiraavin kumaaraththiyaakiya aasnaath avanukkup pettaாl. And unto Joseph in the land of Egypt were born Manasseh and Ephraim, which Asenath the daughter of Potipherah priest of On bare unto him.

21 Penyameenutaiya kumaarar paelaa, pekaer, aspael, kaeraa, naakamaan, aeki, rosh, muppim, uppim, aarthu enpavarkal. And the sons of Benjamin were Belah, and Becher, and Ashbel, Gera, and Naaman, Ehi, and Rosh, Muppim, and Huppim, and Ard.

22 Raakael yaakkopukkup petta kumaararaakiya ivarkal ellaarum pathinaalupaer. These are the sons of Rachel, which were born to Jacob: all the souls were fourteen.

23 Thaanutaiya kumaaran useem enpavan. And the sons of Dan; Hushim.

24 Napthaliyin kumaarar yaathsiyael, kooni, ethser, sillaem enpavarkal. And the sons of Naphtali; Jahzeel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shillem.

25 Ivarkal laapaan than kumaaraththiyaakiya raakaelukkuk koduththa pilkaal yaakkopukkup pettavarkal; ivarkal ellaarum aelupaer. These are the sons of Bilhah, which Laban gave unto Rachel his daughter, and she bare these unto Jacob: all the souls were seven.

26 Yaakkoputaiya kumaararin manaivikalaith thavira, avanutaiya karppap pirappaayirunthu avan moolamaay ekipthilae vanthavarkal ellaarum araுpaththaaraு paer. All the souls that came with Jacob into Egypt, which came out of his loins, besides Jacob's sons' wives, all the souls were threescore and six;

27 Yoseppukku ekipthilae pirantha kumaarar iranndupaer; aaka ekipthukkup pona yaakkopin kudumpaththaar elupathupaer. And the sons of Joseph, which were born him in Egypt, were two souls: all the souls of the house of Jacob, which came into Egypt, were threescore and ten.

28 Kosen naattilae thannai yoseppu santhikka varumpati solla, yoothaavaith thanakku munnaaka avanidaththil yaakkopu anuppinaan; avarkal kosenilae sernthaarkal. And he sent Judah before him unto Joseph, to direct his face unto Goshen; and they came into the land of Goshen.

29 Yoseppu than irathaththai aayaththappaduththi, athinmael aeri, than thakappanaakiya isravaelaich santhikkumpati poy, avanaik kanndu, avanutaiya kaluththaik kattikkonndu, vekunaeram avan kaluththaividaamal aluthaan. And Joseph made ready his chariot, and went up to meet Israel his father, to Goshen, and presented himself unto him; and he fell on his neck, and wept on his neck a good while.

30 Appoluthu Israel yoseppaip paarththu: nee innum uyirotirukkiraayae, naan un mukaththaik kanntaen, enakku ippothu maranam vanthaalum varattum entan. And Israel said unto Joseph, Now let me die, since I have seen thy face, because thou art yet alive.

31 Pinpu, yoseppu than sakothararaiyum than thakappanutaiya kudumpaththaaraiyum Nnokki: naan paarvonidaththukkup poy, kaanaanthaesaththilirunthu en sakothararum en thakappan kudumpaththaarum ennidaththil vanthirukkiraarkal. And Joseph said unto his brethren, and unto his father's house, I will go up, and show Pharaoh, and say unto him, My brethren, and my father's house, which were in the land of Canaan, are come unto me;

32 Avarkal maeypparkal, aadumaadukalai maeykkirathu avarkal tholil; avarkal thangal aadumaadukalaiyum thangalukku unndaana ellaavattaைyum konnduvanthaarkal entu avarukkuch sollukiraேn. And the men are shepherds, for their trade hath been to feed cattle; and they have brought their flocks, and their herds, and all that they have.

33 Paarvon ungalai alaiththu, ungal tholil enna entu kaettal, And it shall come to pass, when Pharaoh shall call you, and shall say, What is your occupation?

34 Neengal, kosen naattil kutiyirukkumpati, avanai Nnokki: engal pithaakkalaippola, umathu atiyaaraakiya naangalum engal siraுvayathumuthal ithuvaraikkum maeypparkalaayirukkirom entu sollungal; maeypparkal ellaarum ekipthiyarukku aruvaruppaayirukkiraarkal entan. That ye shall say, Thy servants' trade hath been about cattle from our youth even until now, both we, and also our fathers: that ye may dwell in the land of Goshen; for every shepherd is an abomination unto the Egyptians.
