செழிப்பான பள்ளத்தாக்குடைய கொடுமுடியின்மேலுள்ள அலங்கார ஜோடிப்பாகிய வாடிய புஷ்பம், பருவகாலத்துக்குமுன் பழுத்ததும் காண்கிறவன் பார்த்து, அது தன் கையில் இருக்கும்போதே விழுங்குகிறதுமான முதல் கனியைப்போல இருக்கும்.

மலைக்குமேல் வளமான பள்ளத்தாக்கு சுற்றிலும் இருக்க இந்நகரம் உள்ளது. அந்த “அழகான பூக்களாலான மகுடம்” வாடும் செடியைப் போன்றுள்ளது. அந்த நகரம் கோடையில் முதலில் பழுத்த அத்திப்பழம் போன்றது. ஒருவன் அப்பழத்தில் ஒன்றைப் பார்க்கும்போது, அவன் உடனே அதனை எடுத்துச் சாப்பிட்டுவிடுகிறான்.
