வானங்களைச் சிருஷ்டித்து பூமியையும் வெறுமையாயிருக்கச் சிருஷ்டியாமல் அதைக் குடியிருப்புக்காகச்செய்து படைத்து, அதை உருவேற்படுத்தின தேவனாகிய, கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறதாவது: நானே கர்த்தர், வேறொருவர் இல்லை.
