ஆரவாரம் பூமியின் கடையாந்தரமட்டும் போய் எட்டும்; ஜாதிகளோடே கர்த்தருக்கு வழக்கு இருக்கிறது; மாம்சமான யாவரோடும் அவர் நியாயத்துக்குள் பிரவேசிப்பார்; துன்மார்க்கரைப் பட்டயத்துக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுப்பார் என்று கர்த்தர் செޠβ்லுகிறார்.

ஆரவாரம் பூமியின் கடைசிவரை போய் சேரும்; தேசங்களுடன் கர்த்தருக்கு வழக்கு இருக்கிறது; மாம்சமான அனைவருடனும் அவர் நியாயத்திற்குள் நுழைவார்; துன்மார்க்கரைப் பட்டயத்திற்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுப்பார் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

பூமியிலுள்ள அனைத்து ஜனங்களிடமும் அச்சத்தம் பரவுகிறது. அனைத்து சத்தம் எதைக் குறித்துள்ளது? எல்லா நாடுகளில் உள்ள ஜனங்களையும் கர்த்தர் தண்டித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார். கர்த்தர் ஜனங்களுக்கு எதிராக தம் வாதங்களைச் சொன்னார். அவர் ஜனங்களை நியாயந்தீர்த்தார். இப்பொழுது அவர் தீய ஜனங்களை பட்டயத்தால் கொன்றுக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார்’” இந்த வார்த்தை கர்த்தரிடமிருந்து வருகிறது.
