Job 40 in Tamil

1 பின்னும் கர்த்தர் யோபுக்கு பிரதியுத்தரமாக: Moreover the LORD answered Job, and said,

2 சர்வவல்லவரோடே வழக்காடி அவருக்குப் புத்தி படிப்பிக்கிறவன் யார்? தேவன்பேரில் குற்றம் பிடிக்கிறவன் இவைகளுக்கு உத்தரவு சொல்லக்கடவன் என்றார். Shall he that contendeth with the Almighty instruct him? he that reproveth God, let him answer it.

3 அப்பொழுது யோபு கர்த்தருக்குப் பிரதியுத்தரமாக: Then Job answered the LORD, and said,

4 இதோ, நான் நீசன்; நான் உமக்கு என்ன மறுஉத்தரவு சொல்லுவேன்; என் கையினால் என் வாயைப் பொத்திக்கொள்ளுகிறேன். Behold, I am vile; what shall I answer thee? I will lay mine hand upon my mouth.

5 நான் இரண்டொருதரம் பேசினேன்; இனி நான் பிரதியுத்தரம் கொடாமலும் பேசாமலும் இருப்பேன் என்றான். Once have I spoken; but I will not answer: yea, twice; but I will proceed no further.

6 அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் பெருங்காற்றில் இருந்து யோபுக்கு உத்தரவு அருளினார். Then answered the LORD unto Job out of the whirlwind, and said,

7 இப்போதும் புருஷனைப்போல நீ இடைக்கட்டிக்கொள்; நான் உன்னைக்கேட்பேன், நீ எனக்கு உத்தரவுசொல்லு. Gird up thy loins now like a man: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.

8 நீ என் நியாயத்தை அவமாக்குவாயோ? நீ உன்னை நீதிமானாக்கிக்கொள்ளும்படிக்கு என்மேல் குற்றஞ்சுமத்துவாயோ? Wilt thou also disannul my judgment? wilt thou condemn me, that thou mayest be righteous?

9 தேவனுடைய புயத்தைப்போல் உனக்குப் புயமுண்டோ? அவரைப்போல் இடிமுழக்கமாய் சத்தமிடக்கூடுமோ? Hast thou an arm like God? or canst thou thunder with a voice like him?

10 இப்போதும் நீ முக்கியத்தாலும் மகத்துவத்தாலும் உன்னை அலங்கரித்து, மகிமையையும் கனத்தையும் தரித்துக்கொண்டு, Deck thyself now with majesty and excellency; and array thyself with glory and beauty.

11 நீ உன் கோபத்தின் உக்கிரத்தை வீசி, அகந்தையுள்ளவனையெல்லாம் தேடிப்பார்த்துத் தாழ்த்திவிட்டு, Cast abroad the rage of thy wrath: and behold every one that is proud, and abase him.

12 பெருமையுள்ளவனையெல்லாம் கவனித்து அவனைப் பணியப்பண்ணி துன்மார்க்கரை அவர்களிருக்கிற ஸ்தலத்திலே மிதித்துவிடு. Look on every one that is proud, and bring him low; and tread down the wicked in their place.

13 நீ அவர்களை ஏகமாய்ப் புழுதியிலே புதைத்து, அவர்கள் முகங்களை அந்தரங்கத்திலே கட்டிப்போடு. Hide them in the dust together; and bind their faces in secret.

14 அப்பொழுது உன் வலதுகை உனக்கு இரட்சிப்பு உண்டுபண்ணும் என்று சொல்லி, நான் உன்னைப் புகழுவேன். Then will I also confess unto thee that thine own right hand can save thee.

15 இப்போதும் பிகெமோத்தை நீ கவனித்துப்பார்; உன்னை உண்டாக்கினதுபோல அதையும் உண்டாக்கினேன்; அது மாட்டைப்போல் புல்லைத் தின்னும். Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox.

16 இதோ, அதினுடைய பெலன் அதின் இடுப்பிலும், அதின் வீரியம் அதின் வயிற்றின் நரம்புகளிலும் இருக்கிறது. Lo now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the navel of his belly.

17 அது தன் வாலை, கேதுரு மரத்தைப்போல் நீட்டுகிறது; அதின் இடுப்பு நரம்புகள் பின்னிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது. He moveth his tail like a cedar: the sinews of his stones are wrapped together.

18 அதின் எலும்புகள் கெட்டியான வெண்கலத்தைப்போலவும், அதின் அஸ்திகள் இருப்புக் கம்பிகளைப்போலவும் இருக்கிறது. His bones are as strong pieces of brass; his bones are like bars of iron.

19 அது தேவனுடைய கிரியைகளில் பிரதானமான ஒரு கிரியை, அதை உண்டாக்கினவர் அதற்கு ஒரு பட்டயத்தையும் கொடுத்தார். He is the chief of the ways of God: he that made him can make his sword to approach unto him.

20 காட்டுமிருகங்கள் யாவும் விளையாடுகிற மலைகள் அதற்கு மேய்ச்சலை விளைவிக்கும். Surely the mountains bring him forth food, where all the beasts of the field play.

21 அது நிழலுள்ள செடிகளின் கீழும், நாணலின் மறைவிலும் உளையிலும் படுத்துக்கொள்ளும். He lieth under the shady trees, in the covert of the reed, and fens.

22 தழைகளின் நிழல் அதைக் கவிந்து, நதியின் அலரிகள் அதைச் சூழ்ந்து கொள்ளும். The shady trees cover him with their shadow; the willows of the brook compass him about.

23 இதோ, நதி புரண்டு வந்தாலும் அது பயந்தோடாது; யோர்தான் நதியத்தனை தண்ணீர் அதின் முகத்தில் மோதினாலும் அது அசையாமலிருக்கும். Behold, he drinketh up a river, and hasteth not: he trusteth that he can draw up Jordan into his mouth.

24 அதின் கண்கள் பார்த்திருக்க அதை யார் பிடிக்கக்கூடும்? மூக்கணாங்கயிறுபோட அதின் மூக்கை யார் குத்தக்கூடும்? He taketh it with his eyes: his nose pierceth through snares.

1 Pinnum Karththar yopukku pirathiyuththaramaaka: Moreover the LORD answered Job, and said,

2 Sarvavallavarotae valakkaati avarukkup puththi patippikkiravan yaar? Dhevanpaeril kuttam pitikkiravan ivaikalukku uththaravu sollakkadavan entar. Shall he that contendeth with the Almighty instruct him? he that reproveth God, let him answer it.

3 Appoluthu yopu karththarukkup pirathiyuththaramaaka: Then Job answered the LORD, and said,

4 Itho, naan neesan; naan umakku enna maraுuththaravu solluvaen; en kaiyinaal en vaayaip poththikkollukiraேn. Behold, I am vile; what shall I answer thee? I will lay mine hand upon my mouth.

5 Naan iranntorutharam paesinaen; ini naan pirathiyuththaram kodaamalum paesaamalum iruppaen entan. Once have I spoken; but I will not answer: yea, twice; but I will proceed no further.

6 Appoluthu Karththar perungaattil irunthu yopukku uththaravu arulinaar. Then answered the LORD unto Job out of the whirlwind, and said,

7 Ippothum purushanaippola nee itaikkattikkol; naan unnaikkaetpaen, nee enakku uththaravusollu. Gird up thy loins now like a man: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.

8 Nee en niyaayaththai avamaakkuvaayo? Nee unnai neethimaanaakkikkollumpatikku enmael kuttanjumaththuvaayo? Wilt thou also disannul my judgment? wilt thou condemn me, that thou mayest be righteous?

9 Thaevanutaiya puyaththaippol unakkup puyamunntoo? Avaraippol itimulakkamaay saththamidakkoodumo? Hast thou an arm like God? or canst thou thunder with a voice like him?

10 Ippothum nee mukkiyaththaalum makaththuvaththaalum unnai alangariththu, makimaiyaiyum kanaththaiyum thariththukkonndu, Deck thyself now with majesty and excellency; and array thyself with glory and beauty.

11 Nee un kopaththin ukkiraththai veesi, akanthaiyullavanaiyellaam thaetippaarththuth thaalththivittu, Cast abroad the rage of thy wrath: and behold every one that is proud, and abase him.

12 Perumaiyullavanaiyellaam kavaniththu avanaip panniyappannnni thunmaarkkarai avarkalirukkira sthalaththilae mithiththuvidu. Look on every one that is proud, and bring him low; and tread down the wicked in their place.

13 Nee avarkalai aekamaayp puluthiyilae puthaiththu, avarkal mukangalai antharangaththilae kattippodu. Hide them in the dust together; and bind their faces in secret.

14 Appoluthu un valathukai unakku iratchippu unndupannnum entu solli, naan unnaip pukaluvaen. Then will I also confess unto thee that thine own right hand can save thee.

15 Ippothum pikemoththai nee kavaniththuppaar; unnai unndaakkinathupola athaiyum unndaakkinaen; athu maattaைppol pullaith thinnum. Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox.

16 Itho, athinutaiya pelan athin iduppilum, athin veeriyam athin vayittin narampukalilum irukkirathu. Lo now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the navel of his belly.

17 Athu than vaalai, kaethuru maraththaippol neettukirathu; athin iduppu narampukal pinnikkonntirukkirathu. He moveth his tail like a cedar: the sinews of his stones are wrapped together.

18 Athin elumpukal kettiyaana vennkalaththaippolavum, athin asthikal iruppuk kampikalaippolavum irukkirathu. His bones are as strong pieces of brass; his bones are like bars of iron.

19 Athu thaevanutaiya kiriyaikalil pirathaanamaana oru kiriyai, athai unndaakkinavar atharku oru pattayaththaiyum koduththaar. He is the chief of the ways of God: he that made him can make his sword to approach unto him.

20 Kaattumirukangal yaavum vilaiyaadukira malaikal atharku maeychchalai vilaivikkum. Surely the mountains bring him forth food, where all the beasts of the field play.

21 Athu nilalulla setikalin geelum, naanalin maraivilum ulaiyilum paduththukkollum. He lieth under the shady trees, in the covert of the reed, and fens.

22 Thalaikalin nilal athaik kavinthu, nathiyin alarikal athaich soolnthu kollum. The shady trees cover him with their shadow; the willows of the brook compass him about.

23 Itho, nathi puranndu vanthaalum athu payanthodaathu; yorthaan nathiyaththanai thannnneer athin mukaththil mothinaalum athu asaiyaamalirukkum. Behold, he drinketh up a river, and hasteth not: he trusteth that he can draw up Jordan into his mouth.

24 Athin kannkal paarththirukka athai yaar pitikkakkoodum? Mookkannaangayiraுpoda athin mookkai yaar kuththakkoodum? He taketh it with his eyes: his nose pierceth through snares.
