தன் சகோதரருக்குள்ளே பிரதான ஆசாரியனாகத் தன் சிரசில் அபிஷேகதைலம் வார்க்கப்பட்டவனும், அவனுக்குரிய வஸ்திரங்களைத் தரிக்கும்படி பிரதிஷ்டைபண்ணப்பட்டவனுமாயிருக்கிறவன் எவனோ, அவன் தன் பாகையை எடுக்காமலும், தன் வஸ்திரங்களைக் கிழித்துக்கொள்ளாமலும்,

“தலைமை ஆசாரியன் தன் சகோதரர்களுக்கிடையில் இருந்து தலைமை சிறப்பு பதவிக்காக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டவன், சிறப்பான உடைகளை அணிவதற்காக அவன் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டவன். அவன் தலையில் அபிஷேக எண்ணெய் ஊற்றப்பட்டிருக்கும். அவன் தனது துன்பங்களைப் பொது ஜனங்களிடம் வெளிக்காட்டிக்கொள்ளக் கூடாது. அவன் தன் தலை முடியை அதிகமாக வளரும்படிவிடவோ, தன் ஆடைகளைக் கிழித்துக்கொள்ளவோ கூடாது.
