1 கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

2 நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டுச் சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: கானான்தேசம் அதின் எல்லைகள் உட்பட உங்களுக்குச் சுதந்தரமாகக் கிடைக்கப்போகிறது; நீங்கள் கானான்தேசத்தில் சேரும்போது, Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land of Canaan; (this is the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan with the coasts thereof:)

3 உங்கள் தென்புறம் சீன்வனாந்தரம்தொடங்கி ஏதோம் தேசத்தின் ஓரமட்டும் இருக்கும்; கிழக்கே இருக்கிற உப்புக்கடலின் கடைசி தொடங்கி உங்கள் தென் எல்லையாயிருக்கும். Then your south quarter shall be from the wilderness of Zin along by the coast of Edom, and your south border shall be the outmost coast of the salt sea eastward:

4 உங்கள் எல்லை தெற்கிலிருந்து அக்கராபீம் மேடுகளைச் சுற்றி, சீன்வனாந்தரம்வரையில் போய், தெற்கிலே காதேஸ்பர்னேயாவுக்கும், அங்கேயிருந்து ஆத்சார் அதாருக்கும், அங்கேயிருந்து அஸ்மோனாவுக்கும் போய், And your border shall turn from the south to the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin: and the going forth thereof shall be from the south to Kadeshbarnea, and shall go on to Hazaraddar, and pass on to Azmon:

5 அஸ்மோனாவிலிருந்து எகிப்தின் நதிவரைக்கும் சுற்றிப்போய்க் கடலில் முடியும். And the border shall fetch a compass from Azmon unto the river of Egypt, and the goings out of it shall be at the sea.

6 மேற்றிசைக்குப் பெருங்கடலே உங்களுக்கு எல்லை; அதுவே உங்களுக்கு மேற்புறத்து எல்லையாயிருக்கும். And as for the western border, ye shall even have the great sea for a border: this shall be your west border.

7 உங்களுக்கு வடதிசை எல்லை பெருங்கடல் தொடங்கி, ஓர் என்னும் மலையை உங்களுக்குக் குறிப்பாக வைத்து, And this shall be your north border: from the great sea ye shall point out for you mount Hor:

8 ஓர் என்னும் மலை தொடங்கி, ஆமாத்திற்குப் போகிற வழியைக் குறிப்பாகவைத்து, அங்கேயிருந்து அந்த எல்லை சேதாத்திற்குப் போய், From mount Hor ye shall point out your border unto the entrance of Hamath; and the goings forth of the border shall be to Zedad:

9 அங்கேயிருந்து அது சிப்ரோனுக்குப்போய், ஆத்சார் ஏனானிலே முடியும்; அதுவே உங்களுக்கு வடபுறத்து எல்லையாயிருக்கும். And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and the goings out of it shall be at Hazarenan: this shall be your north border.

10 உங்களுக்குக் கீழ்த்திசை எல்லைக்கு ஆத்சார் ஏனானிலிருந்து சேப்பாமைக் குறிப்பாக வைத்து, And ye shall point out your east border from Hazarenan to Shepham:

11 சேப்பாமிலிருந்து எல்லையானது ஆயினுக்குக் கிழக்கிலுள்ள ரிப்லாபரியந்தமும், அங்கேயிருந்து கின்னரேத் கடல்பரியந்தமும் அதின் கீழ்க்கரையோரமாய், And the coast shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall descend, and shall reach unto the side of the sea of Chinnereth eastward:

12 அங்கேயிருந்து யோர்தான்பரியந்தமும் போய், உப்புக்கடலில் முடியும்; இந்தச் சுற்றெல்லைகளையுடைய தேசமே உங்களுக்குரிய தேசம் என்று சொல் என்றார். And the border shall go down to Jordan, and the goings out of it shall be at the salt sea: this shall be your land with the coasts thereof round about.

13 அப்பொழுது மோசே இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரை நோக்கி: ஒன்பதரைக் கோத்திரத்தாருக்குக் கொடுக்கும்படி கர்த்தர் கட்டளையிட்டதும், நீங்கள் சீட்டுப்போட்டுச் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொள்ளவேண்டியதுமான தேசம் இதுவே. And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall inherit by lot, which the LORD commanded to give unto the nine tribes, and to the half tribe:

14 ரூபன் புத்திரர் தங்கள் பிதாக்களுடைய வம்சத்தின்படியும், காத் புத்திரர் தங்கள் பிதாக்களுடைய வம்சத்தின்படியும், தங்கள் சுதந்தரத்தைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்டதும் அல்லாமல், மனாசேயின் பாதிக் கோத்திரத்தாரும் தங்கள் சுதந்தரத்தைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்டார்கள். For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to the house of their fathers, have received their inheritance; and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance:

15 இந்த இரண்டரைக் கோத்திரத்தாரும் சூரியோதய திசையாகிய கிழக்கே எரிகோவின் அருகேயுள்ள யோர்தானுக்கு இப்புறத்திலே தங்கள் சுதந்தரத்தப் பெற்றுக்கொண்டார்கள் என்றான். The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side Jordan near Jericho eastward, toward the sunrising.

16 மேலும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

17 உங்களுக்கு தேசத்தைப் பங்கிட்டுக்கொடுக்கும் மனிதரின் நாமங்களாவன: ஆசாரியனாகிய எலெயாசாரும், நூனின் குமாரனாகிய யோசுவாவுமே. These are the names of the men which shall divide the land unto you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.

18 அன்றியும், தேசத்தைப் பங்கிடும்படி ஒவ்வொரு கோத்திரத்தில் ஒவ்வொரு தலைவனையும் தெரிந்துகொள்ளுங்கள். And ye shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land by inheritance.

19 அந்த மனிதருடைய நாமங்களாவன: யூதா கோத்திரத்துக்கு எப்புன்னேயின் குமாரனாகிய காலேபும், And the names of the men are these: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh.

20 சிமியோன் புத்திரரின் கோத்திரத்துக்கு அம்மியூதின் குமாரனாகிய சாமுவேலும், And of the tribe of the children of Simeon, Shemuel the son of Ammihud.

21 பென்யமீன் கோத்திரத்துக்குக் கிஸ்லோனின் குமாரனாகிய எலிதாதும், Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon.

22 தாண் புத்திரரின் கோத்திரத்துக்கு யொக்லியின் குமாரனாகிய புக்கி என்னும் பிரபுவும், And the prince of the tribe of the children of Dan, Bukki the son of Jogli.

23 யோசேப்பின் குமாரனாகிய மனாசே புத்திரரின் கோத்திரத்துக்கு எபோதின் குமாரனாகிய அன்னியேல் என்னும் பிரபுவும், The prince of the children of Joseph, for the tribe of the children of Manasseh, Hanniel the son of Ephod.

24 எப்பிராயீம் புத்திரரின் கோத்திரத்துக்குச் சிப்தானின் குமாரனாகிய கேமுவேல் என்னும் பிரபுவும், And the prince of the tribe of the children of Ephraim, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan.

25 செபுலோன் புத்திரரின் கோத்திரத்துக்குப் பர்னாகின் குமாரனாகிய எலிசாப்பான் என்னும் பிரபுவும், And the prince of the tribe of the children of Zebulun, Elizaphan the son of Parnach.

26 இசக்கார் புத்திரரின் கோத்திரத்துக்கு ஆசானின் குமாரனாகிய பல்த்தியேல் என்னும் பிரபுவும், And the prince of the tribe of the children of Issachar, Paltiel the son of Azzan.

27 ஆசேர் புத்திரரின் கோத்திரத்துக்குச் செலோமியின் குமாரனாகிய அகியூத்தென்னும் பிரபுவும், And the prince of the tribe of the children of Asher, Ahihud the son of Shelomi.

28 நப்தலி புத்திரரின் கோத்திரத்துக்கு அம்மியூதின் குமாரனாகிய பெதாக்கேல் என்னும் பிரபுவுமே என்றார். And the prince of the tribe of the children of Naphtali, Pedahel the son of Ammihud.

29 கானான்தேசத்திலே இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்குச் சுதந்தரங்களைப் பங்கிட்டுக் கொடுக்கிறதற்குக் கர்த்தர் கட்டளையிட்டவர்கள் இவர்களே. These are they whom the LORD commanded to divide the inheritance unto the children of Israel in the land of Canaan.

1 Karththar Mosesyai Nnokki: And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

2 Nee Israel puththirarukkuk kattalaiyittuch sollavaenntiyathu ennavental: kaanaanthaesam athin ellaikal utpada ungalukkuch suthantharamaakak kitaikkappokirathu; neengal kaanaanthaesaththil serumpothu, Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land of Canaan; (this is the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan with the coasts thereof:)

3 Ungal thenpuram seenvanaantharamthodangi aethom thaesaththin oramattum irukkum; kilakkae irukkira uppukkadalin kataisi thodangi ungal then ellaiyaayirukkum. Then your south quarter shall be from the wilderness of Zin along by the coast of Edom, and your south border shall be the outmost coast of the salt sea eastward:

4 Ungal ellai therkilirunthu akkaraapeem maedukalaich sutti, seenvanaantharamvaraiyil poy, therkilae kaathaesparnaeyaavukkum, angaeyirunthu aathsaar athaarukkum, angaeyirunthu asmonaavukkum poy, And your border shall turn from the south to the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin: and the going forth thereof shall be from the south to Kadeshbarnea, and shall go on to Hazaraddar, and pass on to Azmon:

5 Asmonaavilirunthu ekipthin nathivaraikkum suttippoyk kadalil mutiyum. And the border shall fetch a compass from Azmon unto the river of Egypt, and the goings out of it shall be at the sea.

6 Maettisaikkup perungadalae ungalukku ellai; athuvae ungalukku maerpuraththu ellaiyaayirukkum. And as for the western border, ye shall even have the great sea for a border: this shall be your west border.

7 Ungalukku vadathisai ellai perungadal thodangi, or ennum malaiyai ungalukkuk kurippaaka vaiththu, And this shall be your north border: from the great sea ye shall point out for you mount Hor:

8 Or ennum malai thodangi, aamaaththirkup pokira valiyaik kurippaakavaiththu, angaeyirunthu antha ellai sethaaththirkup poy, From mount Hor ye shall point out your border unto the entrance of Hamath; and the goings forth of the border shall be to Zedad:

9 Angaeyirunthu athu sipronukkuppoy, aathsaar aenaanilae mutiyum; athuvae ungalukku vadapuraththu ellaiyaayirukkum. And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and the goings out of it shall be at Hazarenan: this shall be your north border.

10 Ungalukkuk geelththisai ellaikku aathsaar aenaanilirunthu seppaamaik kurippaaka vaiththu, And ye shall point out your east border from Hazarenan to Shepham:

11 Seppaamilirunthu ellaiyaanathu aayinukkuk kilakkilulla riplaapariyanthamum, angaeyirunthu kinnaraeth kadalpariyanthamum athin geelkkaraiyoramaay, And the coast shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall descend, and shall reach unto the side of the sea of Chinnereth eastward:

12 Angaeyirunthu yorthaanpariyanthamum poy, uppukkadalil mutiyum; inthach suttellaikalaiyutaiya thaesamae ungalukkuriya thaesam entu sol entar. And the border shall go down to Jordan, and the goings out of it shall be at the salt sea: this shall be your land with the coasts thereof round about.

13 Appoluthu Moses Israel puththirarai Nnokki: onpatharaik koththiraththaarukkuk kodukkumpati Karththar kattalaiyittathum, neengal seettuppottuch suthanthariththukkollavaenntiyathumaana thaesam ithuvae. And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall inherit by lot, which the LORD commanded to give unto the nine tribes, and to the half tribe:

14 Roopan puththirar thangal pithaakkalutaiya vamsaththinpatiyum, kaath puththirar thangal pithaakkalutaiya vamsaththinpatiyum, thangal suthantharaththaip pettaுkkonndathum allaamal, manaaseyin paathik koththiraththaarum thangal suthantharaththaip pettaுkkonndaarkal. For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to the house of their fathers, have received their inheritance; and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance:

15 Intha iranndaraik koththiraththaarum sooriyothaya thisaiyaakiya kilakkae erikovin arukaeyulla yorthaanukku ippuraththilae thangal suthantharaththap pettaுkkonndaarkal entan. The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side Jordan near Jericho eastward, toward the sunrising.

16 Maelum Karththar Mosesyai Nnokki: And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

17 Ungalukku thaesaththaip pangittukkodukkum manitharin naamangalaavana: aasaariyanaakiya eleyaasaarum, noonin kumaaranaakiya yosuvaavumae. These are the names of the men which shall divide the land unto you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.

18 Antiyum, thaesaththaip pangidumpati ovvoru koththiraththil ovvoru thalaivanaiyum therinthukollungal. And ye shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land by inheritance.

19 Antha manitharutaiya naamangalaavana: yoothaa koththiraththukku eppunnaeyin kumaaranaakiya kaalaepum, And the names of the men are these: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh.

20 Simiyon puththirarin koththiraththukku ammiyoothin kumaaranaakiya saamuvaelum, And of the tribe of the children of Simeon, Shemuel the son of Ammihud.

21 Penyameen koththiraththukkuk kislonin kumaaranaakiya elithaathum, Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon.

22 Thaann puththirarin koththiraththukku yokliyin kumaaranaakiya pukki ennum pirapuvum, And the prince of the tribe of the children of Dan, Bukki the son of Jogli.

23 Yoseppin kumaaranaakiya manaase puththirarin koththiraththukku epothin kumaaranaakiya anniyael ennum pirapuvum, The prince of the children of Joseph, for the tribe of the children of Manasseh, Hanniel the son of Ephod.

24 Eppiraayeem puththirarin koththiraththukkuch sipthaanin kumaaranaakiya kaemuvael ennum pirapuvum, And the prince of the tribe of the children of Ephraim, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan.

25 Sepulon puththirarin koththiraththukkup parnaakin kumaaranaakiya elisaappaan ennum pirapuvum, And the prince of the tribe of the children of Zebulun, Elizaphan the son of Parnach.

26 Isakkaar puththirarin koththiraththukku aasaanin kumaaranaakiya palththiyael ennum pirapuvum, And the prince of the tribe of the children of Issachar, Paltiel the son of Azzan.

27 Aaser puththirarin koththiraththukkuch selomiyin kumaaranaakiya akiyooththennum pirapuvum, And the prince of the tribe of the children of Asher, Ahihud the son of Shelomi.

28 Napthali puththirarin koththiraththukku ammiyoothin kumaaranaakiya pethaakkael ennum pirapuvumae entar. And the prince of the tribe of the children of Naphtali, Pedahel the son of Ammihud.

29 Kaanaanthaesaththilae Israel puththirarukkuch suthantharangalaip pangittuk kodukkiratharkuk Karththar kattalaiyittavarkal ivarkalae. These are they whom the LORD commanded to divide the inheritance unto the children of Israel in the land of Canaan.
