Psalm 53 in Tamil

1 தேவன் இல்லை என்று மதிகேடன் தன் இருதயத்தில் சொல்லிக்கொள்ளுகிறான்; அவர்கள் தங்களைக் கெடுத்து, அருவருப்பான அக்கிரமங்களைச் செய்துவருகிறார்கள்; நன்மைசெய்கிறவன் ஒருவனும் இல்லை. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.

2 தேவனைத் தேடுகிற உணர்வுள்ளவன் உண்டோ என்று பார்க்க, தேவன் பரலோகத்திலிருந்து மனுபுத்திரரைக் கண்ணோக்கினார். God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.

3 அவர்கள் எல்லாரும் வழிவிலகி, ஏகமாய்க் கெட்டுப்போனார்கள்; நன்மை செய்கிறவனில்லை, ஒருவனாகிலும் இல்லை. Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

4 அக்கிரமக்காரருக்கு அறிவு இல்லையா? அப்பத்தைப் பட்சிக்கிறதுபோல் என் ஜனத்தைப் பட்சிக்கிறார்களே; அவர்கள் தேவனைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளுகிறதில்லை. Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread: they have not called upon God.

5 உனக்கு விரோதமாய்ப் பாளயமிறங்கினவனுடைய எலும்புகளை தேவன் சிதறப்பண்ணினபடியால், பயமில்லாத இடத்தில் மிகவும் பயந்தார்கள்; தேவன் அவர்களை வெறுத்தபடியினால் நீ அவர்களை வெட்கப்படுத்தினாய். There were they in great fear, where no fear was: for God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee: thou hast put them to shame, because God hath despised them.

6 சீயோனிலிருந்து இஸ்ரவேலுக்கு இரட்சிப்பு வருவதாக, தேவன் தம்முடைய ஜனத்தின் சிறையிருப்பைத் திருப்பும்போது, யாக்கோபுக்குக் களிப்பும் இஸ்ரவேலுக்கு மகிழ்ச்சியும் உண்டாகும். Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When God bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

2 Thaevanaith thaedukira unarvullavan unntoo entu paarkka, Dhevan paralokaththilirunthu manupuththiraraik kannnnokkinaar. God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.

3 Avarkal ellaarum valivilaki, aekamaayk kettupponaarkal; nanmai seykiravanillai, oruvanaakilum illai. Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

4 Akkiramakkaararukku arivu illaiyaa? Appaththaip patchikkirathupol en janaththaip patchikkiraarkalae; avarkal thaevanaith tholuthukollukirathillai. Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread: they have not called upon God.

5 Unakku virothamaayp paalayamiranginavanutaiya elumpukalai Dhevan sitharappannnninapatiyaal, payamillaatha idaththil mikavum payanthaarkal; Dhevan avarkalai veraுththapatiyinaal nee avarkalai vetkappaduththinaay. 6 Seeyonilirunthu isravaelukku iratchippu varuvathaaka, Dhevan thammutaiya janaththin siraiyiruppaith thiruppumpothu, yaakkopukkuk kalippum isravaelukku makilchchiyum unndaakum.
