Only the first born of the beasts, which should be the LORD's first born, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD's.

“ஜனங்கள் கர்த்தருக்கு மாடுகளையோ, ஆடுகளையோ சிறப்புக் காணிக்கைளாகக் கொடுக்கலாம். அவை முதலில் பிறந்தவையாக இருப்பின் அது ஏற்கெனவே கர்த்தருக்கு உரியது. எனவே அவற்றை ஜனங்கள் சிறப்புக் காணிக்கையாகக் கொடுக்க முடியாது.
