ஜனங்கள் அவ்விடத்திலே தண்ணீர்த் தவனமாயிருந்தபடியால், அவர்கள் மோசேக்கு விரோதமாய் முறுமுறுத்து: நீர் எங்களையும் எங்கள் பிள்ளைகளையும் எங்கள் ஆடுமாடுகளையும் தண்ணீர்த் தவனத்தினால் கொன்றுபோட எங்களை எகிப்திலிருந்து ஏன் கொண்டு வந்தீர் என்றார்கள்.
