1 கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தை எனக்கு உண்டாகி, அவர்: And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

2 மனுபுத்திரனே, இஸ்ரவேலின் மேய்ப்பருக்கு விரோதமாகத் தீர்க்கதரிசனம் உரை; நீ தீர்க்கதரிசனம் உரைத்து அவர்களோடே சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் மேய்ப்பருக்குச் சொல்லுகிறார்; தங்களையே மேய்க்கிற இஸ்ரவேலின் மேய்ப்பருக்கு ஐயோ! மேய்ப்பர் அல்லவா மந்தையை மேய்க்கவேண்டும். Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks?

3 நீங்கள் நெய்யைச் சாப்பிட்டு, ஆட்டுமயிரை உடுப்பாக்கிக்கொள்கிறீர்கள்; கொழுத்ததை அடிக்கிறீர்கள்; மந்தையையோ மேய்க்காமற்போகிறீர்கள். Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock.

4 நீங்கள் பலவீனமானவைகளைப் பலப்படுத்தாமலும், நசல்கொண்டவைகளைக் குணமாக்காமலும், எலும்பு முறிந்தவைகளைக் காயங்கட்டாமலும், துரத்துண்டவைகளைத் திருப்பிக்கொண்டு வராமலும், காணாமற்போனவைகளைத் தேடாமலும் போய், பலாத்காரமும் கடூரமுமாய் அவைகளை ஆண்டீர்கள். The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.

5 மேய்ப்பன் இல்லாததினால் அவைகள் சிதறுண்டுபோயின; சிதறுண்டுபோனவைகள் காட்டு மிருகங்களுக்கெல்லாம் இரையாயின. And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered.

6 என் ஆடுகள் சகல மலைகளிலும் உயரமான சகல மேடுகளிலும் அலைப்புண்டு, பூமியின்மீதெங்கும் என் ஆடுகள் சிதறித்திரிகிறது; விசாரிக்கிறவனுமில்லை, தேடுகிறவனுமில்லை. My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yea, my flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did search or seek after them.

7 ஆகையால் மேய்ப்பரே, கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தையைக் கேளுங்கள். Therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;

8 கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவராயிருக்கிற நான் என் ஜீவனைக்கொண்டு சொல்லுகிறேன்; மேய்ப்பன் இல்லாததினால் என் ஆடுகள் சூறையாகி, என் ஆடுகள் காட்டுமிருகங்களுக்கெல்லாம் இரையாய்ப் போயின; என் மேய்ப்பர்கள் என் ஆடுகளை விசாரியாமற்போனார்கள், மேய்ப்பர்கள் மந்தையை மேய்க்காமல் தங்களையே மேய்த்தர்கள். As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock;

9 ஆகையால் மேய்ப்பரே, கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தையைக் கேளுங்கள். Therefore, O ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;

10 கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார்; இதோ, நான் மேய்ப்பருக்கு விரோதமாக வந்து, என் ஆடுகளை அவர்கள் கையிலே கேட்டு, மேய்ப்பர் இனித் தங்களையே மேய்க்காதபடி மந்தையை மேய்க்கும் தொழிலைவிட்டு அவர்களை விலக்கி, என் ஆடுகள் அவர்களுக்கு ஆகாரமாயிராதபடி, அவைகளை அவர்கள் வாய்க்குத் தப்பப்பண்ணுவேன் என்று சொல்லு. Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.

11 கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: இதோ, நான் நானே என் ஆடுகளை விசாரித்து, அவைகளைத் தேடிப்பார்ப்பேன். For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.

12 ஒரு மேய்ப்பன் சிதறுண்ட தன் ஆடுகளின் நடுவே இருக்கிற நாளில் தன் மந்தையைத் தேடிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறதுபோல, நான் என் ஆடுகளைத் தேடி, மப்பும் மந்தாரமுமான நாளிலே அவைகள் சிதறுண்டுபோன எல்லா இடங்களிலுமிருந்து அவைகளைத் தப்பி வரப்பண்ணி, As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.

13 அவைகளை ஜனங்களிடத்திலிருந்து புறப்படவும் தேசங்களிலிருந்து சேரவும்பண்ணி, அவைகளுடைய சுயதேசத்திலே அவைகளைக் கொண்டுவந்து, இஸ்ரவேல் மலைகளின்மேலும் ஆறுகள் அண்டையிலும் தேசத்தின் சகல வாசஸ்தலங்களிலும் அவைகளை மேய்ப்பேன். And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the country.

14 அவைகளை நல்ல மேய்ச்சலிலே மேய்ப்பேன்; இஸ்ரவேலுடைய உயர்ந்த மலைகளில் அவர்களுடைய தெξழுவம் இருக்க`ή்; அங்கே அவைகள் நல்ல தொழுவத்தில் படுத்துக்கொள்ளும்; இஸ்ரவேலின் மலைகளின்மேல் நல்ல மேய்ச்சலை மேயும். I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel.

15 என் ஆடுகளை நான் மேய்த்து அவைகளை நான் மடக்குவேன் என்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார். I will feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord GOD.

16 நான் காணாமற்போனதைத்தேடி துரத்துண்டதைத் திரும்பக்கொண்டுவந்து, எலும்பு முறிந்ததைக் காயங்கட்டி, நசல்கொண்டதைத் திடப்படுத்துவேன்; நியாயத்துக்குத் தக்கதாய் அவைகளை மேய்த்து, புஷ்டியும் பெலமுமுள்ளவைகளை அழிப்பேன். I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.

17 என் மந்தையே கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: இதோ, ஆட்டுக்கும் ஆட்டுக்கும், ஆட்டுக்கடாக்களுக்கும், வெள்ளாட்டுக்கடாக்களுக்கும் நான் நியாயந்தீர்ப்பேன். And as for you, O my flock, thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I judge between cattle and cattle, between the rams and the he goats.

18 நீங்கள் நல்ல மேய்ச்சலை மேய்ந்து, உங்கள் மேய்ச்சல்களில் மீதியானதை உங்கள் கால்களால் மிதிக்கலாமா? தெளிந்த தண்ணீரைக் குடித்து மீதியாயிருக்கிறதை உங்கள் கால்களால் குழப்பிப்போடலாமா? Seemeth it a small thing unto you to have eaten up the good pasture, but ye must tread down with your feet the residue of your pastures? and to have drunk of the deep waters, but ye must foul the residue with your feet?

19 என் ஆடுகள் உங்கள் கால்களால் மிதிக்கப்பட்டதை மேயவும், உங்கள் கால்களால் குழப்பப்பட்டதைக் குடிக்கவும் வேண்டுமோ? And as for my flock, they eat that which ye have trodden with your feet; and they drink that which ye have fouled with your feet.

20 ஆகையால், கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் அவைகளை நோக்கி: இதோ, நான், நானே கொழுத்த ஆடுகளுக்கும் இளைத்த ஆடுகளுக்கும் நியாயந்தீர்ப்பேன். Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD unto them; Behold, I, even I, will judge between the fat cattle and between the lean cattle.

21 நீங்கள் பலவீனமாயிருக்கிறவைகளையெல்லாம் புறம்பாக்கிச் சிதறப்பண்ணும்படி, அவைகளைப் பக்கத்திலும் முன்னந்தொடையினாலும் தள்ளி உங்கள் கொம்புகளைக்கொண்டு முட்டுகிறபடியிலே, Because ye have thrust with side and with shoulder, and pushed all the diseased with your horns, till ye have scattered them abroad;

22 நான் என் ஆடுகளை இனிச் சூறையாகாதபடிக்கு இரட்சித்து, ஆடுகளுக்கும் ஆடுகளுக்கும் நியாயந்தீர்ப்பேன். Therefore will I save my flock, and they shall no more be a prey; and I will judge between cattle and cattle.

23 அவர்களை மேய்க்கும்படி என் தாசனாகிய தாவீது என்னும் ஒரே மேய்ப்பவனை நான் அவர்கள்மேல் விசாரிப்பாயிருக்க ஏற்படுத்துவேன்; இவர் அவர்களை மேய்த்து, இவரோ அவர்களுக்கு மேய்ப்பனாயிருப்பார். And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd.

24 கர்த்தராகிய நான் அவர்களுக்குத் தேவனாக இருப்பேன், என் தாசனாகிய தாவீது அவர்கள் நடுவில் அதிபதியாயிருப்பார்; கர்த்தராகிய நான் இதைச் சொன்னேன். And I the LORD will be their God, and my servant David a prince among them; I the LORD have spoken it.

25 நான் அவர்களோடு சமாதான உடன்படிக்கைசெய்து, துஷ்ட மிருகங்களȠதேசத்தில் இராதபடிக்கு ஒழியப்பண்ணுவேன்; அவர்கள் சுகமாய் வனாந்தரத்தில் தாபரித்து, காடுகளில் நித்திரைபண்ணுவார்கள். And I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause the evil beasts to cease out of the land: and they shall dwell safely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.

26 நான் அவர்களையும் என் மேட்டின் சுற்றுப்புறங்களையும் ஆசீர்வாதமாக்கி, ஏற்றகாலத்திலே மழையைப்பெய்யப்பண்ணுவேன்; ஆசீர்வாதமான மழை பெய்யும். And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing.

27 வெளியின் விருட்சங்கள் தங்கள் கனியைத்தரும்; பூமி தன் பலனைக்கொடுக்கும்; அவர்கள் தங்கள் தேசத்தில் சுகமாயிருப்பார்கள்; நான் அவர்கள் நுகத்தின் கயிறுகளை அறுத்து, அவர்களை அடிமைகொண்டவர்களிள் கைக்கு அவர்களை நீங்கலாக்கி விடுவிக்கும்போது, நான் கர்த்தர் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள். And the tree of the field shall yield her fruit, and the earth shall yield her increase, and they shall be safe in their land, and shall know that I am the LORD, when I have broken the bands of their yoke, and delivered them out of the hand of those that served themselves of them.

28 இனி அவர்கள் புறஜாதிகளுக்கு கொள்ளையாவதில்லை, பூமியின் மிருகங்கள் அவர்களைப் பட்சிப்பதுமில்லை; தத்தளிக்கப்பண்ணுவார் இல்லாமல் சுகமாய்த் தங்குவார்கள். And they shall no more be a prey to the heathen, neither shall the beast of the land devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and none shall make them afraid.

29 நான் அவர்களுக்குக் கீர்த்திபொருந்திய ஒரு நாற்றை எழும்பப்பண்ணுவேன்; அவர்கள் இனி தேசத்திலே பஞ்சத்தால் வாரிக்கொள்ளப்படுவதுமில்லை, இனிப் புறஜாதிகள் செய்யும் அவமானத்தைச் சுமப்பதுமில்லை. And I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more.

30 தங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தராயிருக்கிற நான் தங்களோடே இருக்கிறதையும், இஸ்ரவேல் வம்சத்தாராகிய தாங்கள் என் ஜனமாயிருக்கிறதையும், அவர்கள் அறிந்துகொள்வார்களென்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார். Thus shall they know that I the LORD their God am with them, and that they, even the house of Israel, are my people, saith the Lord GOD.

1 Karththarutaiya vaarththai enakku unndaaki, avar: And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

2 Manupuththiranae, isravaelin maeypparukku virothamaakath theerkkatharisanam urai; nee theerkkatharisanam uraiththu avarkalotae sollavaenntiyathu ennavental: karththaraakiya aanndavar maeypparukkuch sollukiraar; thangalaiyae maeykkira isravaelin maeypparukku aiyo! Maeyppar allavaa manthaiyai maeykkavaenndum. Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks?

3 Neengal neyyaich saappittu, aattumayirai uduppaakkikkolkireerkal; koluththathai atikkireerkal; manthaiyaiyo maeykkaamarpokireerkal. Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock.

4 Neengal palaveenamaanavaikalaip palappaduththaamalum, nasalkonndavaikalaik kunamaakkaamalum, elumpu murinthavaikalaik kaayangattamalum, thuraththunndavaikalaith thiruppikkonndu varaamalum, kaannaamarponavaikalaith thaedaamalum poy, palaathkaaramum katooramumaay avaikalai aannteerkal. The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.

5 Maeyppan illaathathinaal avaikal sitharaுnndupoyina; sitharaுnnduponavaikal kaattu mirukangalukkellaam iraiyaayina. And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered.

6 En aadukal sakala malaikalilum uyaramaana sakala maedukalilum alaippunndu, poomiyinmeethengum en aadukal sithariththirikirathu; visaarikkiravanumillai, thaedukiravanumillai. My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yea, my flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did search or seek after them.

7 Aakaiyaal maeypparae, karththarutaiya vaarththaiyaik kaelungal. Therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;

8 Karththaraakiya aanndavaraayirukkira naan en jeevanaikkonndu sollukiraேn; maeyppan illaathathinaal en aadukal sooraiyaaki, en aadukal kaattumirukangalukkellaam iraiyaayp poyina; en maeypparkal en aadukalai visaariyaamarponaarkal, maeypparkal manthaiyai maeykkaamal thangalaiyae maeyththarkal. As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock;

9 Aakaiyaal maeypparae, karththarutaiya vaarththaiyaik kaelungal. Therefore, O ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;

10 Karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukiraar; itho, naan maeypparukku virothamaaka vanthu, en aadukalai avarkal kaiyilae kaettu, maeyppar inith thangalaiyae maeykkaathapati manthaiyai maeykkum tholilaivittu avarkalai vilakki, en aadukal avarkalukku aakaaramaayiraathapati, avaikalai avarkal vaaykkuth thappappannnuvaen entu sollu. Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.

11 Karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukirathu ennavental: itho, naan naanae en aadukalai visaariththu, avaikalaith thaetippaarppaen. For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.

12 Oru maeyppan sitharaுnnda than aadukalin naduvae irukkira naalil than manthaiyaith thaetikkonntirukkirathupola, naan en aadukalaith thaeti, mappum manthaaramumaana naalilae avaikal sitharaுnndupona ellaa idangalilumirunthu avaikalaith thappi varappannnni, As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.

13 Avaikalai janangalidaththilirunthu purappadavum thaesangalilirunthu seravumpannnni, avaikalutaiya suyathaesaththilae avaikalaik konnduvanthu, Israel malaikalinmaelum aaraுkal anntaiyilum thaesaththin sakala vaasasthalangalilum avaikalai maeyppaen. And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the country.

14 Avaikalai nalla maeychchalilae maeyppaen; isravaelutaiya uyarntha malaikalil avarkalutaiya theξluvam irukka`ή்; angae avaikal nalla tholuvaththil paduththukkollum; isravaelin malaikalinmael nalla maeychchalai maeyum. I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel.

15 En aadukalai naan maeyththu avaikalai naan madakkuvaen entu karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukiraar. I will feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord GOD.

16 Naan kaannaamarponathaiththaeti thuraththunndathaith thirumpakkonnduvanthu, elumpu murinthathaik kaayangatti, nasalkonndathaith thidappaduththuvaen; niyaayaththukkuth thakkathaay avaikalai maeyththu, pushtiyum pelamumullavaikalai alippaen. I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.

17 En manthaiyae karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukirathu ennavental: itho, aattukkum aattukkum, aattukkadaakkalukkum, vellaattukkadaakkalukkum naan niyaayantheerppaen. And as for you, O my flock, thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I judge between cattle and cattle, between the rams and the he goats.

18 Neengal nalla maeychchalai maeynthu, ungal maeychchalkalil meethiyaanathai ungal kaalkalaal mithikkalaamaa? Thelintha thannnneeraik kutiththu meethiyaayirukkirathai ungal kaalkalaal kulappippodalaamaa? Seemeth it a small thing unto you to have eaten up the good pasture, but ye must tread down with your feet the residue of your pastures? and to have drunk of the deep waters, but ye must foul the residue with your feet?

19 En aadukal ungal kaalkalaal mithikkappattathai maeyavum, ungal kaalkalaal kulappappattathaik kutikkavum vaenndumo? And as for my flock, they eat that which ye have trodden with your feet; and they drink that which ye have fouled with your feet.

20 Aakaiyaal, karththaraakiya aanndavar avaikalai Nnokki: itho, naan, naanae koluththa aadukalukkum ilaiththa aadukalukkum niyaayantheerppaen. Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD unto them; Behold, I, even I, will judge between the fat cattle and between the lean cattle.

21 Neengal palaveenamaayirukkiravaikalaiyellaam purampaakkich sitharappannnumpati, avaikalaip pakkaththilum munnanthotaiyinaalum thalli ungal kompukalaikkonndu muttukirapatiyilae, Because ye have thrust with side and with shoulder, and pushed all the diseased with your horns, till ye have scattered them abroad;

22 Naan en aadukalai inich sooraiyaakaathapatikku iratchiththu, aadukalukkum aadukalukkum niyaayantheerppaen. Therefore will I save my flock, and they shall no more be a prey; and I will judge between cattle and cattle.

23 Avarkalai maeykkumpati en thaasanaakiya David ennum orae maeyppavanai naan avarkalmael visaarippaayirukka aerpaduththuvaen; ivar avarkalai maeyththu, ivaro avarkalukku maeyppanaayiruppaar. And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd.

24 Karththaraakiya naan avarkalukkuth thaevanaaka iruppaen, en thaasanaakiya David avarkal naduvil athipathiyaayiruppaar; karththaraakiya naan ithaich sonnaen. And I the LORD will be their God, and my servant David a prince among them; I the LORD have spoken it.

25 Naan avarkalodu samaathaana udanpatikkaiseythu, thushda mirukangalaȠthaesaththil iraathapatikku oliyappannnuvaen; avarkal sukamaay vanaantharaththil thaapariththu, kaadukalil niththiraipannnuvaarkal. And I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause the evil beasts to cease out of the land: and they shall dwell safely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.

26 Naan avarkalaiyum en maettin suttaுppurangalaiyum aaseervaathamaakki, aettakaalaththilae malaiyaippeyyappannnuvaen; aaseervaathamaana malai peyyum. And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing.

27 Veliyin virutchangal thangal kaniyaiththarum; poomi than palanaikkodukkum; avarkal thangal thaesaththil sukamaayiruppaarkal; naan avarkal nukaththin kayiraுkalai araுththu, avarkalai atimaikonndavarkalil kaikku avarkalai neengalaakki viduvikkumpothu, naan Karththar entu arinthukolvaarkal. And the tree of the field shall yield her fruit, and the earth shall yield her increase, and they shall be safe in their land, and shall know that I am the LORD, when I have broken the bands of their yoke, and delivered them out of the hand of those that served themselves of them.

28 Ini avarkal purajaathikalukku kollaiyaavathillai, poomiyin mirukangal avarkalaip patchippathumillai; thaththalikkappannnuvaar illaamal sukamaayth thanguvaarkal. And they shall no more be a prey to the heathen, neither shall the beast of the land devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and none shall make them afraid.

29 Naan avarkalukkuk geerththiporunthiya oru naattaை elumpappannnuvaen; avarkal ini thaesaththilae panjaththaal vaarikkollappaduvathumillai, inip purajaathikal seyyum avamaanaththaich sumappathumillai. And I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more.

30 Thangal thaevanaakiya karththaraayirukkira naan thangalotae irukkirathaiyum, Israel vamsaththaaraakiya thaangal en janamaayirukkirathaiyum, avarkal arinthukolvaarkalentu karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukiraar.
