Genesis 2:17
પરંતુ તમે સારાનરસાની સમજ આપનારાં વૃક્ષનાં ફળ તારે ખાવાં નહિ, જોે તું એ વૃક્ષનાં ફળ ખાઈશ તો તારું મૃત્યુ અવશ્ય તે જ દિવસે થશે.

But of the tree	וּמֵעֵ֗ץ	ûmēʿēṣ	oo-may-AYTS
of the knowledge	הַדַּ֙עַת֙	haddaʿat	ha-DA-AT
good of	ט֣וֹב	ṭôb	tove
and evil,	וָרָ֔ע	wārāʿ	va-RA
thou shalt not	לֹ֥א	lōʾ	loh
eat	תֹאכַ֖ל	tōʾkal	toh-HAHL
of	מִמֶּ֑נּוּ	mimmennû	mee-MEH-noo
it: for	כִּ֗י	kî	kee
in the day	בְּי֛וֹם	bĕyôm	beh-YOME
eatest thou that	אֲכָלְךָ֥	ʾăkolkā	uh-hole-HA
thereof	מִמֶּ֖נּוּ	mimmennû	mee-MEH-noo
thou shalt surely	מ֥וֹת	môt	mote
die.	תָּמֽוּת׃	tāmût	ta-MOOT
