આથી તેણે તેને ઉપાડીને ગધેડા ઉપર મૂકી અને તે ઘેર જવા નીકળ્યો. ઘરે પહોંચ્યા પછી તેણે એક છરો લીધો અને તેના શરીરના કાપીને બાર ટુકડા કર્યા પછી તે ટુકડાઓ તેણે આખા ઈસ્રાએલમાં મોકલી આપ્યા.

And when he was come	וַיָּבֹ֣א	wayyābōʾ	va-ya-VOH
into	אֶל	ʾel	el
his house,	בֵּית֗וֹ	bêtô	bay-TOH
he took	וַיִּקַּ֤ח	wayyiqqaḥ	va-yee-KAHK
	אֶת	ʾet	et
a knife,	הַֽמַּאֲכֶ֙לֶת֙	hammaʾăkelet	ha-ma-uh-HEH-LET
and laid hold	וַיַּֽחֲזֵ֣ק	wayyaḥăzēq	va-ya-huh-ZAKE
on his concubine,	בְּפִֽילַגְשׁ֔וֹ	bĕpîlagšô	beh-fee-lahɡ-SHOH
divided and	וַֽיְנַתְּחֶ֙הָ֙	waynattĕḥehā	va-na-teh-HEH-HA
her, together with her bones,	לַֽעֲצָמֶ֔יהָ	laʿăṣāmêhā	la-uh-tsa-MAY-ha
into twelve	לִשְׁנֵ֥ים	lišnêm	leesh-NAME
	עָשָׂ֖ר	ʿāśār	ah-SAHR
pieces,	נְתָחִ֑ים	nĕtāḥîm	neh-ta-HEEM
and sent	וַֽיְשַׁלְּחֶ֔הָ	wayšallĕḥehā	va-sha-leh-HEH-ha
her into all	בְּכֹ֖ל	bĕkōl	beh-HOLE
the coasts	גְּב֥וּל	gĕbûl	ɡeh-VOOL
of Israel.	יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃	yiśrāʾēl	yees-ra-ALE
