Hosea 13:1 એફ્રાઇમના વંશનો બોલ પડતાં બીજા વંશના લોકો ધ્રુજી ઊઠતાં. ઇસ્રાએલમાં એ વંશનું એવું માન હતું પરંતુ બઆલની પૂજા કરવાને કારણે એ લોકો અપરાધી ઠર્યા અને માર્યા ગયા.
