Judges 12:3
तब यह देखकर कि तुम मुझे नहीं बचाते मैं अपने प्राणों को हथेली पर रखकर अम्मोनियों के विरुद्ध चला, और यहोवा ने उन को मेरे हाथ में कर दिया; फिर तुम अब मुझ से लड़ने को क्यों चढ़ आए हो?

| over passed and | וָֽאֶעְבְּרָה֙ | wāʾeʿbĕrāh | va-eh-beh-RA |
| against | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| the children | בְּנֵ֣י | bĕnê | beh-NAY |
| Ammon, of | עַמּ֔וֹן | ʿammôn | AH-mone |
| and the Lord | וַיִּתְּנֵ֥ם | wayyittĕnēm | va-yee-teh-NAME |
| delivered | יְהוָ֖ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA |
| hand: my into them | בְּיָדִ֑י | bĕyādî | beh-ya-DEE |
| wherefore | וְלָמָ֞ה | wĕlāmâ | veh-la-MA |
| up come ye are then | עֲלִיתֶ֥ם | ʿălîtem | uh-lee-TEM |
| unto | אֵלַ֛י | ʾēlay | ay-LAI |
| me this | הַיּ֥וֹם | hayyôm | HA-yome |
