அவர்கள் விலங்குகள் போடப்பட்டு, உபத்திரவத்தின் கயிறுகளால் கட்டப்பட்டிருந்தாலும்,

தேவன் என்னைக் கவிழ்த்து தம்முடைய வலையை என்மேல் வீசினார் என்று அறியுங்கள்.

இவ்விதமாய் அவன் ஆத்துமாவைப் படுகுழிக்கும், அவன் ஜீவனைப் பட்டய வெட்டுக்கும் தப்புவிக்கிறார்.

பாதாளக்கட்டுகள் என்னைச் சூழ்ந்துகொண்டது; மரணக்கண்ணிகள் என்மேல் விழுந்தது.

மரணக்கட்டுகள் என்னைச் சுற்றிக்கொண்டது, பாதாள இடுக்கண்கள் என்னைப் பிடித்தது; இக்கட்டையும் சஞ்சலத்தையும் அடைந்தேன்.

வெட்டின கற்களின் சுவரால் என் வழிகளை அடைத்துப்போட்டார், என் பாதைகளைத் தாறுமாறாக்கினார்.
