Jeremiah 44:22 ಹೀಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನವನ್ನೂ ನೀವು ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಸಹ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕರ್ತನು ಇನ್ನು ತಾಳಲಾರದ್ದದರಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇಶವು ಈ ದಿನ ಇರುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಹಾಳಾಗಿಯೂ ವಿಸ್ಮಯ ವಾಗಿಯೂ ಶಾಪವಾಗಿಯೂ ಇದೆ.
King James Version (KJV) So that the LORD could no longer bear, because of the evil of your doings, and because of the abominations which ye have committed; therefore is your land a desolation, and an astonishment, and a curse, without an inhabitant, as at this day.
