ಬದುಕಿಸುವಂಥದ್ದು ಆತ್ಮವೇ; ಮಾಂಸವು ಯಾವದಕ್ಕೂ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುವ ಮಾತುಗಳೇ ಆತ್ಮವಾಗಿಯೂ ಜೀವವಾಗಿಯೂ ಇವೆ.
