1 Kings 8:33
നിന്റെ ജനമായ യിസ്രായേൽ നിന്നോടു പാപം ചെയകനിമിത്തം അവർ ശത്രുവിനോടു തോറ്റിട്ടു നിങ്കലേക്കു തിരിഞ്ഞു നിന്റെ നാമത്തെ സ്വീകരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു ഈ ആലയത്തിൽവെച്ചു നിന്നോടു പ്രാർ്ത്ഥിക്കയും യാചിക്കയും ചെയ്താൽ

| be smitten down | יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| before | לִפְנֵ֥י | lipnê | leef-NAY |
| enemy, the | אוֹיֵ֖ב | ʾôyēb | oh-YAVE |
| because | אֲשֶׁ֣ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| they have sinned | יֶֽחֶטְאוּ | yeḥeṭʾû | YEH-het-oo |
| again turn shall and thee, against | לָ֑ךְ | lāk | lahk |
| to | וְשָׁ֤בוּ | wĕšābû | veh-SHA-voo |
| confess and thee, | אֵלֶ֙יךָ֙ | ʾēlêkā | ay-LAY-HA |
| וְהוֹד֣וּ | wĕhôdû | veh-hoh-DOO | |
| thy name, | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| pray, and | שְׁמֶ֔ךָ | šĕmekā | sheh-MEH-ha |
| and make supplication | וְהִתְפַּֽלְל֧וּ | wĕhitpallû | veh-heet-pahl-LOO |
| unto | וְהִֽתְחַנְּנ֛וּ | wĕhitĕḥannĕnû | veh-hee-teh-ha-neh-NOO |
| thee in this | אֵלֶ֖יךָ | ʾēlêkā | ay-LAY-ha |
| house: | בַּבַּ֥יִת | babbayit | ba-BA-yeet |
| הַזֶּֽה׃ | hazze | ha-ZEH |
