Exodus 13:12
കടിഞ്ഞൂലിനെ ഒക്കെയും, നിനക്കുള്ള മൃഗങ്ങളുടെ കടിഞ്ഞൂൽപിറവിയെ ഒക്കെയും നീ യഹോവെക്കായി വേർതിരിക്കേണം; ആണൊക്കെയും യഹോവക്കുള്ളതാകുന്നു.

| the matrix, | לַֽיהוָֹ֑ה | layhôâ | lai-hoh-AH |
| and every | וְכָל | wĕkāl | veh-HAHL |
| firstling | פֶּ֣טֶר׀ | peṭer | PEH-ter |
| that cometh | שֶׁ֣גֶר | šeger | SHEH-ɡer |
| of a beast | בְּהֵמָ֗ה | bĕhēmâ | beh-hay-MA |
| which | אֲשֶׁ֨ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| hast; thou | יִֽהְיֶ֥ה | yihĕye | yee-heh-YEH |
| the males | לְךָ֛ | lĕkā | leh-HA |
| shall be the Lord's. | הַזְּכָרִ֖ים | hazzĕkārîm | ha-zeh-ha-REEM |
