Exodus 6:12
അതിന്നു മോശെ: യിസ്രായേൽ മക്കൾ എന്റെ വാക്കു കേട്ടില്ല; പിന്നെ ഫറവോൻ എങ്ങനെ കേൾക്കും? ഞാൻ വാഗ്വൈഭവമുള്ളവനല്ലല്ലോ എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ പറഞ്ഞു.

| of Israel | יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| have not | לֹֽא | lōʾ | loh |
| hearkened | שָׁמְע֣וּ | šomʿû | shome-OO |
| unto | אֵלַ֔י | ʾēlay | ay-LAI |
| me; how | וְאֵיךְ֙ | wĕʾêk | veh-ake |
| then shall Pharaoh | יִשְׁמָעֵ֣נִי | yišmāʿēnî | yeesh-ma-A-nee |
| hear | פַרְעֹ֔ה | parʿō | fahr-OH |
| me, who | וַֽאֲנִ֖י | waʾănî | va-uh-NEE |
| am of uncircumcised | עֲרַ֥ל | ʿăral | uh-RAHL |
| lips? | שְׂפָתָֽיִם׃ | śĕpātāyim | seh-fa-TA-yeem |
