ദേശത്തു മഴയില്ലായ്കയാൽ നിലം ഉണങ്ങി വിണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; ഉഴവുകാർ ലജ്ജിച്ചു തല മൂടുന്നു.

in the earth, בָּאָ֑רֶץ ʾereṣ eh-RETS
were ashamed, בֹּ֥שׁוּ bûš boosh
the plowmen אִכָּרִ֖ים ʾikkār ee-KAHR
they covered חָפ֥וּ ḥāpâ ha-FA
their heads. רֹאשָֽׁם׃ rōš rohsh
