യേഹേസ്കേൽ 38:8
ഏറിയനാൾ കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടു നീ സന്ദർശിക്കപ്പെടും; വാളിന്നു ഒഴിഞ്ഞുപോന്നതും പല ജാതികളിൽനിന്നും ശേഖരിക്കപ്പെട്ടതുമായ ഒരു രാജ്യത്തിലേക്കു നീ ഒടുക്കം വന്നുചേരും; നിരന്തരശൂന്യമായി കിടന്നിരുന്ന യിസ്രായേൽപർവ്വതങ്ങളിൽ തന്നേ, എന്നാൽ അവർ ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു വന്നു എല്ലാവരും നിർഭയമായി വസിക്കും.

| people, | רַבִּ֔ים | rabbîm | ra-BEEM |
| against | עַ֚ל | ʿal | al |
| the mountains | הָרֵ֣י | hārê | ha-RAY |
| of Israel, | יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| which | אֲשֶׁר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| have been | הָי֥וּ | hāyû | ha-YOO |
| always | לְחָרְבָּ֖ה | lĕḥorbâ | leh-hore-BA |
| waste: | תָּמִ֑יד | tāmîd | ta-MEED |
| but it | וְהִיא֙ | wĕhîʾ | veh-HEE |
| forth brought is | מֵעַמִּ֣ים | mēʿammîm | may-ah-MEEM |
| out of the nations, | הוּצָ֔אָה | hûṣāʾâ | hoo-TSA-ah |
| dwell shall they and | וְיָשְׁב֥וּ | wĕyošbû | veh-yohsh-VOO |
