യേഹേസ്കേൽ 4:14
അതിന്നു ഞാൻ: അയ്യോ, യഹോവയായ കർത്താവേ, എനിക്കു ഒരിക്കലും ഒരു മാലിന്യവും ഭവിച്ചിട്ടില്ല; ഞാൻ ബാല്യംമുതൽ ഇന്നുവരെ താനേ ചത്തതിനെയോ പറിച്ചുകീറിപ്പോയതിനെയോ തിന്നിട്ടില്ല; അറെപ്പായുള്ള മാംസം എന്റെ വായിൽ വെച്ചിട്ടുമില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

| polluted: been | מְטֻמָּאָ֑ה | mĕṭummāʾâ | meh-too-ma-AH |
| for from my youth | וּנְבֵלָ֨ה | ûnĕbēlâ | oo-neh-vay-LA |
| till even up | וּטְרֵפָ֤ה | ûṭĕrēpâ | oo-teh-ray-FA |
| now | לֹֽא | lōʾ | loh |
| not I have | אָכַ֙לְתִּי֙ | ʾākaltiy | ah-HAHL-TEE |
| eaten | מִנְּעוּרַ֣י | minnĕʿûray | mee-neh-oo-RAI |
| itself, of dieth which that of | וְעַד | wĕʿad | veh-AD |
| pieces; in torn is or | עַ֔תָּה | ʿattâ | AH-ta |
| neither | וְלֹא | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| came | בָ֥א | bāʾ | va |
| abominable there | בְּפִ֖י | bĕpî | beh-FEE |
| flesh | בְּשַׂ֥ר | bĕśar | beh-SAHR |
| into my mouth. | פִּגּֽוּל׃ | piggûl | pee-ɡool |
