Jeremiah 49:18
एदोम शहर, सदोम र गमोरा अनि वरिपरिका शहरहरू जस्तै परास्त हुनेछन् अनि त्यहाँ कोही पनि बस्ने छैन्।” परमप्रभुले यसो भन्नुभयो।

| cities thereof, saith | אָמַ֣ר | ʾāmar | ah-MAHR |
| Lord, the | יְהוָ֑ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA |
| no | לֹֽא | lōʾ | loh |
| man | יֵשֵׁ֥ב | yēšēb | yay-SHAVE |
| shall abide | שָׁם֙ | šām | shahm |
| there, | אִ֔ישׁ | ʾîš | eesh |
| neither | וְלֹֽא | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
