परमप्रभु भन्नुहुन्छ, “बाबेलका बासिन्दाहरू, राजाका हाकिमहरू र ज्ञानीहरूको निम्ति विरूद्ध तरवार छ।

| princes, her | שָׂרֶ֖יהָ | śārêhā | sa-RAY-ha |
| and upon | וְאֶל | wĕʾel | veh-EL |
