2 Chronicles 28:23
तिनले दमीशकका मानिसहरूले पूजा गर्ने देवताहरूलाई बलि अर्पण गरे। दमा (तामामा छालाले बेरिएको बाजा) दमीशकका मानिसहरूले आहाजलाई परास्त पारेका थिए। यसर्थ तिनले आफै सोचे, “अरामका मानिसहरूले पूजा गर्ने देवताहरूले तिनीहरूलाई सहायता गरे। यसर्थ यदि मैले ती देवताहरूलाई बलि अर्पण गरें भने हुन सक्छ तिनीहरूले मलाई पनि सहायता गर्ने छन्।” आहाजले ती देवताहरूको पूजा गरे। यस प्रकारले तिनले पाप गरे अनि तिनले इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई पाप गर्न लगाए।
