1 John 2:9
ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଆଲୋକରେ ଅଛି ବୋଲି କୁ ହେ କିନ୍ତୁ ନିଜ ଭାଇକୁ ଘୃଣା କରେ, ତବେେ ସେ ଏପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ରେ ରହିଛି।

ୟାହାସବୁ ଘଟୁଛି ସମାନେେ ଜାଣନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ କିଅବା ବୁଝନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ସମାନେେ ଅନ୍ଧାରରେ ଝୁଣ୍ଟି ପଡ଼ନ୍ତି। ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପୃଥିବୀ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଚତୁଃପାଶର୍ବରେ ତଳକୁ ପଡ଼ୁଛି।
