וַיֵּרָ֤א the va-yay-RA אֵלָיו֙ Lord ay-lav יְהוָ֔ה appeared yeh-VA בְּאֵֽלֹנֵ֖י unto beh-ay-loh-NAY מַמְרֵ֑א him mahm-RAY וְה֛וּא in veh-HOO יֹשֵׁ֥ב the yoh-SHAVE פֶּֽתַח plains PEH-tahk הָאֹ֖הֶל of ha-OH-hel כְּחֹ֥ם Mamre: keh-HOME הַיּֽוֹם׃ and ha-yome -
וַיִּשָּׂ֤א he va-yee-SA עֵינָיו֙ lift ay-nav וַיַּ֔רְא up va-YAHR וְהִנֵּה֙ his veh-hee-NAY שְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה eyes sheh-loh-SHA אֲנָשִׁ֔ים and uh-na-SHEEM נִצָּבִ֖ים looked, nee-tsa-VEEM עָלָ֑יו and, ah-LAV וַיַּ֗רְא lo, va-YAHR וַיָּ֤רָץ three va-YA-rohts לִקְרָאתָם֙ men leek-ra-TAHM מִפֶּ֣תַח stood mee-PEH-tahk הָאֹ֔הֶל by ha-OH-hel וַיִּשְׁתַּ֖חוּ him: va-yeesh-TA-hoo אָֽרְצָה׃ and AH-reh-tsa -
וַיֹּאמַ֑ר said, va-yoh-MAHR אֲדֹנָ֗י My uh-doh-NAI אִם Lord, eem נָ֨א if na מָצָ֤אתִי now ma-TSA-tee חֵן֙ I hane בְּעֵינֶ֔יךָ have beh-ay-NAY-ha אַל found al נָ֥א favour na תַֽעֲבֹ֖ר in ta-uh-VORE מֵעַ֥ל thy may-AL עַבְדֶּֽךָ׃ sight, av-DEH-ha -
יֻקַּֽח a yoo-KAHK נָ֣א little na מְעַט water, meh-AT מַ֔יִם I MA-yeem וְרַֽחֲצ֖וּ pray veh-ra-huh-TSOO רַגְלֵיכֶ֑ם you, rahɡ-lay-HEM וְהִֽשָּׁעֲנ֖וּ be veh-hee-sha-uh-NOO תַּ֥חַת fetched, TA-haht הָעֵֽץ׃ and ha-AYTS -
וְאֶקְחָ֨ה I veh-ek-HA פַת will faht לֶ֜חֶם fetch LEH-hem וְסַֽעֲד֤וּ a veh-sa-uh-DOO לִבְּכֶם֙ morsel lee-beh-HEM אַחַ֣ר of ah-HAHR תַּֽעֲבֹ֔רוּ bread, ta-uh-VOH-roo כִּֽי and kee עַל comfort al כֵּ֥ן ye kane עֲבַרְתֶּ֖ם your uh-vahr-TEM עַֽל hearts; al עַבְדְּכֶ֑ם after av-deh-HEM וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ that va-YOH-meh-ROO כֵּ֥ן ye kane תַּֽעֲשֶׂ֖ה shall ta-uh-SEH כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֥ר pass ka-uh-SHER דִּבַּֽרְתָּ׃ on: dee-BAHR-ta -
וַיְמַהֵ֧ר Abraham vai-ma-HARE אַבְרָהָ֛ם hastened av-ra-HAHM הָאֹ֖הֱלָה into ha-OH-hay-la אֶל the el שָׂרָ֑ה tent sa-RA וַיֹּ֗אמֶר unto va-YOH-mer מַֽהֲרִ֞י Sarah, ma-huh-REE שְׁלֹ֤שׁ and sheh-LOHSH סְאִים֙ said, seh-EEM קֶ֣מַח Make KEH-mahk סֹ֔לֶת ready SOH-let ל֖וּשִׁי quickly LOO-shee וַֽעֲשִׂ֥י three va-uh-SEE עֻגֽוֹת׃ measures oo-ɡOTE -
וְאֶל Abraham veh-EL הַבָּקָ֖ר ran ha-ba-KAHR רָ֣ץ unto rahts אַבְרָהָ֑ם the av-ra-HAHM וַיִּקַּ֨ח herd, va-yee-KAHK בֶּן and ben בָּקָ֜ר fetcht ba-KAHR רַ֤ךְ a rahk וָטוֹב֙ calf va-TOVE וַיִּתֵּ֣ן va-yee-TANE אֶל tender el הַנַּ֔עַר and ha-NA-ar וַיְמַהֵ֖ר good, vai-ma-HARE לַֽעֲשׂ֥וֹת and la-uh-SOTE אֹתֽוֹ׃ gave oh-TOH -
וַיִּקַּ֨ח he va-yee-KAHK חֶמְאָ֜ה took hem-AH וְחָלָ֗ב butter, veh-ha-LAHV וּבֶן and oo-VEN הַבָּקָר֙ milk, ha-ba-KAHR אֲשֶׁ֣ר and uh-SHER עָשָׂ֔ה the ah-SA וַיִּתֵּ֖ן calf va-yee-TANE לִפְנֵיהֶ֑ם leef-nay-HEM וְהֽוּא which veh-HOO עֹמֵ֧ד he oh-MADE עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם had uh-lay-HEM תַּ֥חַת dressed, TA-haht הָעֵ֖ץ and ha-AYTS וַיֹּאכֵֽלוּ׃ set va-yoh-hay-LOO -
וַיֹּֽאמְר֣וּ they va-yoh-meh-ROO אֵׄלָׄ֔יׄוׄ said ay-LA-v אַיֵּ֖ה unto ah-YAY שָׂרָ֣ה him, sa-RA אִשְׁתֶּ֑ךָ Where eesh-TEH-ha וַיֹּ֖אמֶר is va-YOH-mer הִנֵּ֥ה Sarah hee-NAY בָאֹֽהֶל׃ thy va-OH-hel -
וַיֹּ֗אמֶר he va-YOH-mer שׁ֣וֹב said, shove אָשׁ֤וּב I ah-SHOOV אֵלֶ֙יךָ֙ will ay-LAY-HA כָּעֵ֣ת certainly ka-ATE חַיָּ֔ה return ha-YA וְהִנֵּה unto veh-hee-NAY בֵ֖ן thee vane לְשָׂרָ֣ה according leh-sa-RA אִשְׁתֶּ֑ךָ to eesh-TEH-ha וְשָׂרָ֥ה the veh-sa-RA שֹׁמַ֛עַת time shoh-MA-at פֶּ֥תַח of PEH-tahk הָאֹ֖הֶל life; ha-OH-hel וְה֥וּא and, veh-HOO אַֽחֲרָֽיו׃ lo, AH-huh-RAIV -
וְאַבְרָהָ֤ם Abraham veh-av-ra-HAHM וְשָׂרָה֙ and veh-sa-RA זְקֵנִ֔ים Sarah zeh-kay-NEEM בָּאִ֖ים were ba-EEM בַּיָּמִ֑ים old ba-ya-MEEM חָדַל֙ and ha-DAHL לִֽהְי֣וֹת well lee-heh-YOTE לְשָׂרָ֔ה stricken leh-sa-RA אֹ֖רַח in OH-rahk כַּנָּשִֽׁים׃ age; ka-na-SHEEM -
וַתִּצְחַ֥ק Sarah va-teets-HAHK שָׂרָ֖ה laughed sa-RA בְּקִרְבָּ֣הּ within beh-keer-BA לֵאמֹ֑ר herself, lay-MORE אַֽחֲרֵ֤י saying, ah-huh-RAY בְלֹתִי֙ After veh-loh-TEE הָֽיְתָה I HA-yeh-ta לִּ֣י am lee עֶדְנָ֔ה waxed ed-NA וַֽאדֹנִ֖י old va-doh-NEE זָקֵֽן׃ shall za-KANE -
וַיֹּ֥אמֶר the va-YOH-mer יְהוָ֖ה Lord yeh-VA אֶל said el אַבְרָהָ֑ם unto av-ra-HAHM לָ֣מָּה Abraham, LA-ma זֶּה֩ Wherefore zeh צָֽחֲקָ֨ה tsa-huh-KA שָׂרָ֜ה did sa-RA לֵאמֹ֗ר Sarah lay-MORE הַאַ֥ף laugh, ha-AF אֻמְנָ֛ם saying, oom-NAHM אֵלֵ֖ד Shall ay-LADE וַֽאֲנִ֥י I va-uh-NEE זָקַֽנְתִּי׃ of za-KAHN-tee -
הֲיִפָּלֵ֥א any huh-yee-pa-LAY מֵֽיְהוָ֖ה thing may-yeh-VA דָּבָ֑ר too da-VAHR לַמּוֹעֵ֞ד hard la-moh-ADE אָשׁ֥וּב for ah-SHOOV אֵלֶ֛יךָ the ay-LAY-ha כָּעֵ֥ת Lord? ka-ATE חַיָּ֖ה At ha-YA וּלְשָׂרָ֥ה the oo-leh-sa-RA בֵֽן׃ time vane -
וַתְּכַחֵ֨שׁ Sarah va-teh-ha-HAYSH שָׂרָ֧ה׀ denied, sa-RA לֵאמֹ֛ר saying, lay-MORE לֹ֥א I loh צָחַ֖קְתִּי laughed tsa-HAHK-tee כִּ֣י׀ not; kee יָרֵ֑אָה for ya-RAY-ah וַיֹּ֥אמֶר׀ she va-YOH-mer לֹ֖א was loh כִּ֥י afraid. kee צָחָֽקְתְּ׃ And tsa-HA-ket -
וַיָּקֻ֤מוּ the va-ya-KOO-moo מִשָּׁם֙ men mee-SHAHM הָֽאֲנָשִׁ֔ים rose ha-uh-na-SHEEM וַיַּשְׁקִ֖פוּ up va-yahsh-KEE-foo עַל from al פְּנֵ֣י thence, peh-NAY סְדֹ֑ם and seh-DOME וְאַ֨בְרָהָ֔ם looked veh-AV-ra-HAHM הֹלֵ֥ךְ toward hoh-LAKE עִמָּ֖ם ee-MAHM לְשַׁלְּחָֽם׃ Sodom: leh-sha-leh-HAHM -
וַֽיהוָֹ֖ה the vai-hoh-AH אָמָ֑ר Lord ah-MAHR הַֽמְכַסֶּ֤ה said, hahm-ha-SEH אֲנִי֙ Shall uh-NEE מֵֽאַבְרָהָ֔ם I may-av-ra-HAHM אֲשֶׁ֖ר hide uh-SHER אֲנִ֥י from uh-NEE עֹשֶֽׂה׃ Abraham oh-SEH -
וְאַ֨בְרָהָ֔ם that veh-AV-ra-HAHM הָי֧וֹ Abraham ha-YOH יִֽהְיֶ֛ה shall yee-heh-YEH לְג֥וֹי surely leh-ɡOY גָּד֖וֹל become ɡa-DOLE וְעָצ֑וּם veh-ah-TSOOM וְנִ֨בְרְכוּ a veh-NEEV-reh-hoo ב֔וֹ great voh כֹּ֖ל and kole גּוֹיֵ֥י mighty ɡoh-YAY הָאָֽרֶץ׃ nation, ha-AH-rets -
כִּ֣י I kee יְדַעְתִּ֗יו know yeh-da-TEEOO לְמַעַן֩ him, leh-ma-AN אֲשֶׁ֨ר that uh-SHER יְצַוֶּ֜ה yeh-tsa-WEH אֶת he et בָּנָ֤יו will ba-NAV וְאֶת command veh-ET בֵּיתוֹ֙ bay-TOH אַֽחֲרָ֔יו his ah-huh-RAV וְשָֽׁמְרוּ֙ children veh-sha-meh-ROO דֶּ֣רֶךְ and DEH-rek יְהוָ֔ה his yeh-VA לַֽעֲשׂ֥וֹת household la-uh-SOTE צְדָקָ֖ה after tseh-da-KA וּמִשְׁפָּ֑ט him, oo-meesh-PAHT לְמַ֗עַן and leh-MA-an הָבִ֤יא they ha-VEE יְהוָה֙ shall yeh-VA עַל keep al אַבְרָהָ֔ם the av-ra-HAHM אֵ֥ת way ate אֲשֶׁר of uh-SHER דִּבֶּ֖ר the dee-BER עָלָֽיו׃ Lord, ah-LAIV -
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר the va-YOH-mer יְהוָ֔ה Lord yeh-VA זַֽעֲקַ֛ת said, za-uh-KAHT סְדֹ֥ם Because seh-DOME וַֽעֲמֹרָ֖ה the va-uh-moh-RA כִּי cry kee רָ֑בָּה of RA-ba וְחַ֨טָּאתָ֔ם Sodom veh-HA-ta-TAHM כִּ֥י and kee כָֽבְדָ֖ה Gomorrah ha-veh-DA מְאֹֽד׃ is meh-ODE -
אֵֽרֲדָה will A-ruh-da נָּ֣א go na וְאֶרְאֶ֔ה down veh-er-EH הַכְּצַֽעֲקָתָ֛הּ now, ha-keh-tsa-uh-ka-TA הַבָּ֥אָה and ha-BA-ah אֵלַ֖י see ay-LAI עָשׂ֣וּ׀ whether ah-SOO כָּלָ֑ה they ka-LA וְאִם have veh-EEM לֹ֖א done loh אֵדָֽעָה׃ altogether ay-DA-ah -
וַיִּפְנ֤וּ the va-yeef-NOO מִשָּׁם֙ men mee-SHAHM הָֽאֲנָשִׁ֔ים turned ha-uh-na-SHEEM וַיֵּֽלְכ֖וּ their va-yay-leh-HOO סְדֹ֑מָה faces seh-DOH-ma וְאַ֨בְרָהָ֔ם from veh-AV-ra-HAHM עוֹדֶ֥נּוּ thence, oh-DEH-noo עֹמֵ֖ד and oh-MADE לִפְנֵ֥י went leef-NAY יְהוָֽה׃ toward yeh-VA -
וַיִּגַּ֥שׁ Abraham va-yee-ɡAHSH אַבְרָהָ֖ם drew av-ra-HAHM וַיֹּאמַ֑ר near, va-yoh-MAHR הַאַ֣ף and ha-AF תִּסְפֶּ֔ה said, tees-PEH צַדִּ֖יק Wilt tsa-DEEK עִם thou eem רָשָֽׁע׃ also ra-SHA -
אוּלַ֥י there oo-LAI יֵ֛שׁ be yaysh חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים fifty huh-mee-SHEEM צַדִּיקִ֖ם righteous tsa-dee-KEEM בְּת֣וֹךְ within beh-TOKE הָעִ֑יר the ha-EER הַאַ֤ף city: ha-AF תִּסְפֶּה֙ wilt tees-PEH וְלֹֽא thou veh-LOH תִשָּׂ֣א also tee-SA לַמָּק֔וֹם destroy la-ma-KOME לְמַ֛עַן and leh-MA-an חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים not huh-mee-SHEEM הַצַּדִּיקִ֖ם spare ha-tsa-dee-KEEM אֲשֶׁ֥ר the uh-SHER בְּקִרְבָּֽהּ׃ place beh-keer-BA -
חָלִ֨לָה be ha-LEE-la לְּךָ֜ far leh-HA מֵֽעֲשֹׂ֣ת׀ from may-uh-SOTE כַּדָּבָ֣ר thee ka-da-VAHR הַזֶּ֗ה to ha-ZEH לְהָמִ֤ית do leh-ha-MEET צַדִּיק֙ after tsa-DEEK עִם this eem רָשָׁ֔ע manner, ra-SHA וְהָיָ֥ה to veh-ha-YA כַצַּדִּ֖יק slay ha-tsa-DEEK כָּֽרָשָׁ֑ע the ka-ra-SHA חָלִ֣לָה righteous ha-LEE-la לָּ֔ךְ with lahk הֲשֹׁפֵט֙ the huh-shoh-FATE כָּל wicked: kahl הָאָ֔רֶץ and ha-AH-rets לֹ֥א that loh יַֽעֲשֶׂ֖ה the ya-uh-SEH מִשְׁפָּֽט׃ righteous meesh-PAHT -
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר the va-YOH-mer יְהוָ֔ה Lord yeh-VA אִם said, eem אֶמְצָ֥א If em-TSA בִסְדֹ֛ם I vees-DOME חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים find huh-mee-SHEEM צַדִּיקִ֖ם in tsa-dee-KEEM בְּת֣וֹךְ Sodom beh-TOKE הָעִ֑יר fifty ha-EER וְנָשָׂ֥אתִי righteous veh-na-SA-tee לְכָל within leh-HAHL הַמָּק֖וֹם the ha-ma-KOME בַּֽעֲבוּרָֽם׃ city, BA-uh-voo-RAHM -
וַיַּ֥עַן Abraham va-YA-an אַבְרָהָ֖ם answered av-ra-HAHM וַיֹּאמַ֑ר and va-yoh-MAHR הִנֵּה said, hee-NAY נָ֤א Behold na הוֹאַ֙לְתִּי֙ now, hoh-AL-TEE לְדַבֵּ֣ר I leh-da-BARE אֶל have el אֲדֹנָ֔י taken uh-doh-NAI וְאָֽנֹכִ֖י upon veh-ah-noh-HEE עָפָ֥ר me ah-FAHR וָאֵֽפֶר׃ to va-A-fer -
א֠וּלַי there OO-lai יַחְסְר֞וּן shall yahk-seh-ROON חֲמִשִּׁ֤ים lack huh-mee-SHEEM הַצַּדִּיקִם֙ five ha-tsa-dee-KEEM חֲמִשָּׁ֔ה of huh-mee-SHA הֲתַשְׁחִ֥ית the huh-tahsh-HEET בַּֽחֲמִשָּׁ֖ה fifty ba-huh-mee-SHA אֶת righteous: et כָּל wilt kahl הָעִ֑יר thou ha-EER וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ destroy va-YOH-MER לֹ֣א loh אַשְׁחִ֔ית all ash-HEET אִם the eem אֶמְצָ֣א city em-TSA שָׁ֔ם for shahm אַרְבָּעִ֖ים lack ar-ba-EEM וַֽחֲמִשָּֽׁה׃ of VA-huh-mee-SHA -
וַיֹּ֨סֶף he va-YOH-sef ע֜וֹד spake ode לְדַבֵּ֤ר unto leh-da-BARE אֵלָיו֙ him ay-lav וַיֹּאמַ֔ר yet va-yoh-MAHR אוּלַ֛י again, oo-LAI יִמָּֽצְא֥וּן and yee-ma-tseh-OON שָׁ֖ם said, shahm אַרְבָּעִ֑ים Peradventure ar-ba-EEM וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ there va-YOH-MER לֹ֣א shall loh אֶֽעֱשֶׂ֔ה be eh-ay-SEH בַּֽעֲב֖וּר forty ba-uh-VOOR הָֽאַרְבָּעִֽים׃ found HA-ar-ba-EEM -
וַ֠יֹּאמֶר he VA-yoh-mer אַל said al נָ֞א unto na יִ֤חַר him, YEE-hahr לַֽאדֹנָי֙ Oh la-doh-NA וַֽאֲדַבֵּ֔רָה let va-uh-da-BAY-ra אוּלַ֛י not oo-LAI יִמָּֽצְא֥וּן the yee-ma-tseh-OON שָׁ֖ם Lord shahm שְׁלֹשִׁ֑ים be sheh-loh-SHEEM וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ angry, va-YOH-MER לֹ֣א and loh אֶֽעֱשֶׂ֔ה I eh-ay-SEH אִם will eem אֶמְצָ֥א speak: em-TSA שָׁ֖ם Peradventure shahm שְׁלֹשִֽׁים׃ there sheh-loh-SHEEM -
וַיֹּ֗אמֶר he va-YOH-mer הִנֵּֽה said, hee-NAY נָ֤א Behold na הוֹאַ֙לְתִּי֙ now, hoh-AL-TEE לְדַבֵּ֣ר I leh-da-BARE אֶל have el אֲדֹנָ֔י taken uh-doh-NAI אוּלַ֛י upon oo-LAI יִמָּֽצְא֥וּן me yee-ma-tseh-OON שָׁ֖ם to shahm עֶשְׂרִ֑ים speak es-REEM וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ unto va-YOH-MER לֹ֣א the loh אַשְׁחִ֔ית Lord: ash-HEET בַּֽעֲב֖וּר Peradventure ba-uh-VOOR הָֽעֶשְׂרִֽים׃ there HA-es-REEM -
וַ֠יֹּאמֶר he VA-yoh-mer אַל said, al נָ֞א Oh na יִ֤חַר let YEE-hahr לַֽאדֹנָי֙ not la-doh-NA וַֽאֲדַבְּרָ֣ה the va-uh-da-beh-RA אַךְ Lord ak הַפַּ֔עַם be ha-PA-am אוּלַ֛י angry, oo-LAI יִמָּֽצְא֥וּן and yee-ma-tseh-OON שָׁ֖ם I shahm עֲשָׂרָ֑ה will uh-sa-RA וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ speak va-YOH-MER לֹ֣א yet loh אַשְׁחִ֔ית but ash-HEET בַּֽעֲב֖וּר this ba-uh-VOOR הָֽעֲשָׂרָֽה׃ once: HA-uh-sa-RA -
וַיֵּ֣לֶךְ the va-YAY-lek יְהוָ֔ה Lord yeh-VA כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֣ר went ka-uh-SHER כִּלָּ֔ה his kee-LA לְדַבֵּ֖ר way, leh-da-BARE אֶל as el אַבְרָהָ֑ם soon av-ra-HAHM וְאַבְרָהָ֖ם as veh-av-ra-HAHM שָׁ֥ב he shahv לִמְקֹמֽוֹ׃ had leem-koh-MOH
