ମାଶାେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କହିବି ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଯାହା କହନ୍ତି, 'ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଆପଣା ଜଙ୍ଘ ରେ ଖଡ୍ଗ ବାନ୍ଧି ଛାଉଣୀର ମଧ୍ଯ ଦଇେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦ୍ବାରରୁ ଅନ୍ୟଦ୍ବାର ନିକଟକୁ ୟିବା ଆସିବା କର ଏବଂ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଆପଣା ଭ୍ରାତା, ମିତ୍ର ଓ ପ୍ରତିବେଶୀକୁ ବଧକର।'

Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:

Kings	מַלְכֵי	malkê	mahl-HAY
of the earth,	אֶ֭רֶץ	ʾereṣ	EH-rets
and all	וְכָל	wĕkāl	veh-HAHL
people;	לְאֻמִּ֑ים	lĕʾummîm	leh-oo-MEEM
princes,	שָׂ֝רִ֗ים	śārîm	SA-REEM
