ତେଣୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କୁହ, 'ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବା। ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କରିବା। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମିଶରବାସୀମାନଙ୍କର ଆଉ ଦାସ ହାଇେ ରହିବ ନାହିଁ। ମୁଁ ମାରେ ମହାନଶକ୍ତି ପ୍ରଯୋଗ କରି ମିଶରବାସୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଭାବେ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବେି। ଏହାପରେ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ କବଳରୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବି।
