Exodus 9:29
ମାଶାେ ଫାରୋଙ୍କୁ କିହିଲେ, ଯେତବେେଳେ ମୁଁ ଏ ନଗର ଛାଡିବି, ମୁଁ ସେତବେେଳେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ହାତଟକେି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବି, ବଜ୍ର ଏବଂ ଶିଳାବୃଷ୍ଟି ବନ୍ଦ ହାଇଯେିବ। ସେତବେେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣିବ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି ଭୂମିରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି।

| the city, | הָעִ֔יר | hāʿîr | ha-EER |
| abroad spread will I | אֶפְרֹ֥שׂ | ʾeprōś | ef-ROSE |

| my hands | כַּפַּ֖י | kappay | ka-PAI |
| unto | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| Lord; the | יְהוָ֑ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA |
| and the thunder | הַקֹּל֣וֹת | haqqōlôt | ha-koh-LOTE |
| shall cease, | יֶחְדָּל֗וּן | yeḥdālûn | yek-da-LOON |
| neither | וְהַבָּרָד֙ | wĕhabbārād | veh-ha-ba-RAHD |
| shall there be | לֹ֣א | lōʾ | loh |
| any more | יִֽהְיֶה | yihĕye | YEE-heh-yeh |
| hail; | ע֔וֹד | ʿôd | ode |
| that | לְמַ֣עַן | lĕmaʿan | leh-MA-an |
| thou mayest know | תֵּדַ֔ע | tēdaʿ | tay-DA |
| that how | כִּ֥י | kî | kee |
| the earth | לַֽיהוָ֖ה | layhwâ | lai-VA |
| is the Lord's. | הָאָֽרֶץ׃ | hāʾāreṣ | ha-AH-rets |
