Jeremiah 25:9
ପୁଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଲୋକ ପଠାଇ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ସମସ୍ତ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗକୁ ଆଣିବା।ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭର ଦାସ ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ନବୁଖଦ୍ନିତ୍ସରକୁ ଆଣିବା। ପୁଣି ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ନଇେ ଯିହୁଦା ଓ ଯିହୁଦା ନିବାସୀଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଓ ତାହାର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ସମସ୍ତ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଛିଡ଼ା କରାଇବା। ଆଉ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାବରେ ବିନାଶ କରିବା। ସହେି ଦେଶକୁ ଚିରକାଳ ଏକ ଶୂନ୍ଯ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ରେ ପରିଣତ କରିବା। ତାହାକୁ ଦେଖି ଲୋକମାନେ ବିସ୍ମଯ ରେ ଓ ଶୀସ୍ ଶବ୍ଦ କରିବେ।

| Lord, the | יְהוָ֗ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA |
| and Nebuchadrezzar | וְאֶל | wĕʾel | veh-EL |
| the king | נְבֽוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֣ר | nĕbûkadreʾṣṣar | neh-voo-hahd-reh-TSAHR |
| of Babylon, | מֶֽלֶךְ | melek | MEH-lek |
| servant, my | בָּבֶל֮ | bābel | ba-VEL |
| and will bring | עַבְדִּי֒ | ʿabdiy | av-DEE |
| them against | וַהֲבִ֨אֹתִ֜ים | wahăbiʾōtîm | va-huh-VEE-oh-TEEM |
