ଏହାର କାରଣ ହେଲା, କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପାଳନ କରିବା ଦ୍ବାରା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଧାର୍ମିକ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ। ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା କବଳେ ଆମ୍ଭର ପାପ ବିଷୟ ରେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ସାବଧାନ କରାଏ।
