நீதிமொழிகள் 22
17 உன் செவியைச் சாய்த்து, ஞானிகளுடைய வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டு, என் போதகத்தை உன் இருதயத்தில் வை.
18 அவைகளை உன் உள்ளத்தில் காத்து, அவைகளை உன் உதடுகளில் நிலைத்திருக்கப்பண்ணும்போது, அது இன்பமாயிருக்கும்.
19 உன் நம்பிக்கை கர்த்தர்மேல் இருக்கும்படி, இன்றையதினம் அவைகளை உனக்குத் தெரியப்படுத்துகிறேன்.
20 சத்திய வார்த்தைகளின் யதார்த்தத்தை நான் உனக்குத் தெரிவிக்கும்படிக்கும், நீ உன்னை அனுப்பினவர்களுக்குச் சத்திய வார்த்தைகளை மறுமொழியாகச் சொல்லும்படிக்கும்,
21 ஆலோசனையையும் ஞானத்தையும்பற்றி நான் உனக்கு முக்கியமானவைகளை எழுதவில்லையா?
17 Bow down thine ear, and hear the words of the wise, and apply thine heart unto my knowledge.
18 For it is a pleasant thing if thou keep them within thee; they shall withal be fitted in thy lips.
19 That thy trust may be in the Lord, I have made known to thee this day, even to thee.
20 Have not I written to thee excellent things in counsels and knowledge,
21 That I might make thee know the certainty of the words of truth; that thou mightest answer the words of truth to them that send unto thee?
