சத்துரு என் ஆத்துமாவைத் தொடர்ந்து, என் பிராணனைத் தரையோடே நசுக்கி, வெகுகாலத்துக்குமுன் மரித்தவர்கள்போல் என்னை இருளில் இருக்கப்பண்ணுகிறான்.

அப்பொழுது சீரியாவின் ராஜா: நல்லது போகலாம், இஸ்ரவேலின் ராஜாவிற்கு கடிதம் தருகிறேன் என்றான்; அப்படியே அவன் தன் கையிலே பத்துத்தாலந்து வெள்ளியையும், ஆறாயிரம் சேக்கல் எடையுள்ள பொன்னையும், பத்து மாற்றுஉடைகளையும் எடுத்துக்கொண்டுபோய்,

ஆராமின் அரசனும், “இப்போதே செல், நானும் இஸ்ரவேல் அரசனுக்கு ஒரு கடிதம் எழுதி அனுப்புகிறேன்” என்றான். எனவே நாகமான் இஸ்ரவேலுக்குச் சென்றான். தன்னோடு சில அன்பளிப்புகளாக 750 பவுண்டு வெள்ளி, 6,000 தங்கத்துண்டுகள், 10 மாற்றுத்துணிகள் ஆகியவற்றை எடுத்துச் சென்றான்.
