אֱ֭לֹהִים O God, ʾĕlōhîm זְנַחְתָּ֣נוּ thou hast cast us off, zānaḥ פְרַצְתָּ֑נוּ thou hast scattered pāraṣ אָ֝נַ֗פְתָּ us, thou hast been displeased; ʾānap תְּשׁ֣וֹבֵ֥ב O turn thyself to us again. šûb לָֽנוּ׃

הִרְעַ֣שְׁתָּה to tremble; rāʿaš אֶ֣רֶץ Thou hast made the earth ʾereṣ פְּצַמְתָּ֑הּ thou hast broken pāṣam רְפָ֖ה it: heal rāpāʾ שְׁבָרֶ֣יהָ the breaches šeber כִי thereof; for kî מָֽטָה׃ it shaketh. môṭ

הֲלֹֽא not lōʾ אַתָּ֣ה thou, ʾattâ אֱלֹהִ֣ים O God, ʾĕlōhîm זְנַחְתָּ֑נוּ hadst cast us off? zānaḥ וְֽלֹא didst not lōʾ תֵצֵ֥א go out yāṣāʾ אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים and O God, ʾĕlōhîm בְּצִבְאוֹתֵֽינוּ׃ with our armies? ṣābāʾ

הָֽבָה Give yāhab לָּ֣נוּ עֶזְרָ֣ת us help ʿezrâ מִצָּ֑ר from trouble: ṣar וְ֝שָׁ֗וְא for vain šow תְּשׁוּעַ֥ת the help tĕšûʿâ אָדָם׃ of man. ʾādām
