Jeremiah 10:10
ਪਰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹੀ ਸੱਚਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈ। ਉਹੀ ਇੱਕੋ ਇੱਕ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਜੀਵਿਤ ਹੈ। ਉਹੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਨਸ਼ਾਹ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਹਕੀਮਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਧਰਤੀ ਹਿੱਲਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਕਹਿਰਵਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੋਕ ਸੱਕਦੇ।

| and an everlasting | וּמֶ֣לֶךְ | ûmelek | oo-MEH-lek |
| king: | עוֹלָ֑ם | ʿôlām | oh-LAHM |
| wrath his at | מִקִּצְפּוֹ֙ | miqqiṣpô | mee-keets-POH |
| the earth | תִּרְעַ֣שׁ | tirʿaš | teer-ASH |
| shall tremble, | הָאָ֔רֶץ | hāʾāreṣ | ha-AH-rets |
| and the nations | וְלֹֽא | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| not shall | יָכִ֥לוּ | yākilû | ya-HEE-loo |
| be able to abide | גוֹיִ֖ם | gôyim | ɡoh-YEEM |
| his indignation. | זַעְמֽוֹ׃ | zaʿmô | za-MOH |
