ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਸੀ, “ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਖੇ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖ ਲੈ। ਇਹ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਖੁਦ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਲਿਖ।
