హారాను తాను పుట్టిన దేశమందలి కల్దీయుల ఊరను పట్టణ ములో తన తండ్రియైన తెరహు కంటె ముందుగా మృతి బొందెను.

And Haran	וַיָּ֣מָת	wayyāmot	va-YA-mote
died	הָרָ֔ן	hārān	ha-RAHN
before	עַל	ʿal	al
	פְּנֵ֖י	pĕnê	peh-NAY
his father	תֶּ֣רַח	teraḥ	TEH-rahk
Terah	אָבִ֑יו	ʾābîw	ah-VEEOO
land the in	בְּאֶ֥רֶץ	bĕʾereṣ	beh-EH-rets
of his nativity,	מֽוֹלַדְתּ֖וֹ	môladtô	moh-lahd-TOH
in Ur	בְּא֥וּר	bĕʾûr	beh-OOR
