மழை வருஷிக்காத எகிப்தின் வம்சம் வராமலும் சேராமலும்போனால், கூடாரப்பண்டிகையை ஆசரிக்க வராதஜாதிகளைக் கர்த்தர் வாதிக்கும் வாதையே அவர்கள்மேலும் வரும்.

And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, neither `shall it be' upon them; there shall be the plague wherewith Jehovah will smite the nations that go not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

go not up, תַעֲלֶ֛ה ʿālâ ah-LA
not, וְלֹ֥א lōʾ loh
and come בָאָ֖ה bôʾ boh
that no וְלֹ֣א lōʾ loh
עֲלֵיהֶ֑ם ʿal al
there shall be תִּֽהְיֶ֣ה hāyâ ha-YA
the plague, הַמַּגֵּפָ֗ה maggēpâ ma-ɡay-FA
wherewith אֲשֶׁ֨ר ʾăšer uh-SHER
will smite יִגֹּ֤ף nāgap na-ɡAHF
