கேபேரின் குமாரன், இவன் கீலேயாத்திலுள்ள ராமோத்தில் இருந்தான்; கீலேயாத்திலுள்ள மனாசேயின் குமாரனாகிய யாவீரின் கிராமங்களும் மதில்களும் வெண்கல தாழ்ப்பாள்களுமுள்ள பாசான் தேசத்தினுடைய அறுபது பெரிய பட்டணங்களுள்ள அர்கோப் சீமையும் இவன் விசாரிப்பில் இருந்தது.

ராமோத் கீலேயாத்தின் ஆளுநராக கேபேரின் மகன் இருந்தான். கீலேயாத் மனாசேயின் மகனான யாவீரின் எல்லா ஊர்களுக்கும் கிராமங்களுக்கும் அவன் ஆளுநராக இருந்தான். மேலும் பாசானில் அர்கோப் மாவட்டத்திற்கும் அவன் ஆளுநராக இருந்தான். இப்பகுதியில் பெரிய மதில்களைக்கொண்ட 60 நகரங்கள் இருந்தன. இந்த நகரங்களின் வாயில்களில் வெண்கலக்கம்பிகளும் இருந்தன.
