யுத்தநாள் வந்தபோது, சவுலுக்கும் அவன் குமாரனாகிய யோனத்தானுக்குமேயன்றி, சவுலோடும் யோனத்தானோடும் இருக்கிற ஜனங்களில் ஒருவர் கையிலும் பட்டயமும் ஈட்டியும் இல்லாதிருந்தது.
