அப்பொழுது காவல்பண்ணப்பட்டவர்களில் ஒருவனும் நீந்தி ஓடிப்போகாதபடிக்கு அவர்களைக் கொன்றுபோடவேண்டுமென்று போர்ச்சேவகர் யோசனையாயிருந்தார்கள்.
