அப்பொழுது மோசே: கர்த்தர் கட்டளையிட்ட காரியம் என்னவென்றால், நான் உங்களை எகிப்து தேசத்திலிருந்து புறப்படப்பண்ணினபோது, வனாந்தரத்தில் உங்களுக்குப் புசிக்கக்கொடுத்த அப்பத்தை உங்கள் சந்ததியார் பார்க்கும் படிக்கு, அவர்களுக்காக அதைக் காப்பதற்கு, அதிலே ஒரு ஓமர் நிறைய எடுத்து வைக்கவேண்டும் என்றான்.

மோசே, “கர்த்தர் உங்கள் சந்ததியினருக்காக ‘இந்த உணவில் எட்டு கிண்ணம் எடுத்து வையுங்கள். அப்போது, உங்களை எகிப்திலிருந்து அழைத்து செல்கையில் வனாந்திரத்தில் நான் உங்களுக்கு கொடுத்த உணவை உங்கள் தலைமுறையினர் பார்க்க முடியும்’ என்றார்” என்று சொன்னான்.
