வானமும் பூமியும் அவைகளிலுள்ள யாவும் பாபிலோன்மேல் கெம்பீரிக்கும்; பாழ்க்கடிக்கிறவர்கள் அதற்கு வடக்கேயிருந்து வருவார்கள் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்;

பிறகு பாபிலோனைப்பற்றி பரலோகமும் பூமியும் அவற்றில் உள்ளனவும் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் சத்தமிடும். அவர்கள் சத்தமிடுவார்கள். ஏனென்றால், வடக்கிலிருந்து படை வந்து பாபிலோனுக்கு எதிராகச் சண்டையிட்டது” கர்த்தர் இவற்றைச் சொன்னார்.
