அவர்கள் அந்தக் கொம்புகளினால் நெடுந்தொனி இடும்போதும், நீங்கள் எக்காள சத்தத்தைக் கேட்கும்போதும், ஜனங்கள் எல்லாரும் மகா ஆரவாரத்தோடே ஆர்ப்பரிக்கக்கடவர்கள்; அப்பொழுது பட்டணத்தின் அலங்கம் இடிந்துவிழும்; உடனே ஜனங்கள் அவரவர் தங்களுக்கு நேராக ஏறக்கடவர்கள் என்றார்.

அவர்கள் அந்தக் கொம்புகளினால் நீண்ட சப்தம் எழுப்பும்போதும், நீங்கள் எக்காள சத்தத்தைக் கேட்கும்போதும், மக்கள் எல்லோரும் மகா சத்தத்தோடு ஆர்ப்பரிக்கவேண்டும்; அப்பொழுது பட்டணத்தின் மதில் இடிந்துவிழும்; உடனே மக்கள் அவரவர்கள் தங்களுக்கு நேராக ஏறிப்போகவேண்டும் என்றார்.

ஆசாரியர்கள் எக்காளத்தை உரத்த குரலில் ஊதும் சத்தத்தை நீ கேட்டதும், எல்லா ஜனங்களையும் உரத்த சத்தம் எழுப்பச் சொல். அவ்வாறு நீங்கள் செய்யும் போது, நகரத்தின் சுவர்கள் இடிந்து விழும். உனது ஜனங்கள் நகரத்திற்குள் நுழைவார்கள்” என்றார்.
